Nice video however just a suggestion- please keep mic closer to your mouth if possible. The bg noise is overpowering your voice so may be your voice being a little more louder would do!!
Pune's biryani is the biggest joke on the earth. I have tried biryani in Mumbai, Aurangabad but found Pune's biryani is substandard. There's not a single restaurant which serves authentic biryani. I have tried everywhere including some of the most reputed Biryani restaurant like SP, PK, Blue Nile, George, Bagban ,Masaledar, Sandip, Tiranga etc. All mostly serve chicken/ mutton masala rice. The biriyanis are heavily influenced by Kolhapuri cuisine and not suitable for general people's taste bud. Only Zeeshan and Aroma's Hyderabad are slightly better.
@@godenworld I do understand your point but these places which I have visited are not serving authentic biryani like Hyderabad, as these biryani houses are in Maharashtra obviously they have added a Maharashtrian touch and most of the audience do enjoy their biryani.
@@Kaustabkoli Mumbai and Aurangabad, both located in Maharashtra, serve much better quality biryani. I have nothing against Maharashtrian cuisine; rather, I love it. Unfortunately, biryani has no connection with Maharashtra. It originated in Persia and is a one-pot meal, whereas meat and rice are prepared together. In Pune, rice and meat are mostly cooked separately and then assembled. Also, overpowering spices make it pungent.
@@godenworld okay no one is forcing you to eat Biryani in Pune. And there are a lots of people in Pune who actually love this type of Biryani and btw there is not a single way of making Biryani and have a lot of variety in south too.
Nice efforts plz keep it up
