Glad you showed the realities of bow hunting. I had ONE shot the entire season in my home state. He fed underneath me 30 minutes before first light and as dawn barely crept up he started to move out. I aimed right at the brisket anticipating him to drop. He didn’t flinch and it flew right under him. Learned my lesson on that yardage and buried one in the pump-house in Illinois a month later but never got another shot back home.
whaaaaat!!! You drew a tag???? That is a bucket list public land hunt!
From what I understand there is no tag needed for Nilgai.
@@johndyer9232 in Texas you have to put in for a draw to hunt the public land that have Nilgi.
@@gilbertv4067 Thanks. I was under the impression that Steve Rinella hunted public land Nilgai without a tag in season 10 or 11 of Meat Eater. Thanks for the information.
@@BG-bx4eyhe doesn’t do high fence lol
People have them on private land in south Texas too, not necessarily high fence. The public land nilgai hunts are part of the Texas draw system.
Didn’t expect this one today !!!
Looks like a good time !!
Just add fishing!
you had the PERFECT shot. he just ducked down and loaded up arrow flew right over. hard at that range
meanwhile brian is getting out worked in the bay
Jig head is to heavy
KC's starting to look like the Pillsbury dough boy lol
Well at least I’m not the only one who missed. I was there in November.
Great video. Are those windmills supposed to be moving? They ruin the natural landscape. IMO
Those are crazy looking animals
The land must be near Kingsville or Corpus area ?
Hot diggity! Watching this one in my climber now.
Love ur content great vid. I just started a channel any tips?
Did y'all go to India to do this? Were there any tigers?
South texas
@@southtexaskayakangler1118 prolly still some tigers though
Wow that is the coolest animal i've ever seen. its like a deer goat😂
They're native to India and we're brought to Texas exclusively for hunting.
wait, was this not just on the Meateater youtube feed? Did it get taken off their channel?
Yes it appears to have been removed. They are under investigation by Federal Game Warden, likely why it was forcefully removed from MeatEater recently.
These guys have no conscious when it comes to the content that they chose to post that has irreversibly negative effects on Texans future opportunities just for their own personal gain attention, clout, fame and money.
They will be responsible for the decline in future opportunities of Texans on these hunts.
interesting, where did you see that they are under investigation?
Yeah, I thought I saw it on there also, now its not there...
Not quite as easy as one might think!
Indonesia 😊🙏
Yo, it's 6 and a half minutes in and I've hit 2 ad rolls. Calm down, guys. If I buy an Element hoody or something can we relax on padding that ad revenue stat?
Thats just youtube punishing you with adds, for not paying for YTpremium.
Public land in Texas is a myth..😂
IT’s federal land. It’s a national wildlife refuge.
