Glad to know i'm not the only one.
At least Ashoka can be funny without being blackout drunk.
Rex and Ahsoka are the best things in Star Wars Clone Wars and Rebels. I'm glad the two had this reunion. If only the both of them have their own movie about what happened to them after Order 66.
Watching this again after watching "Shattered" in Clone Wars.
Someone is chopping onions again...
This is all the feels after May 4th.
"You got old."
*Thank the Force she lived to grow older* is what Rex isn't saying. Dang these feels.
This made it all worthwhile, even after Order 66, Anakin becoming Vader, Padme's death,
just seeing Ahsoka hug Rex, one old soldier reuniting with another, made everything feel alright for those seconds.
OH MY FEELS! I cannot tell you how much this scene made me feel and how happy I was! I'm so happy Rex and Ahsoka met up and actually hugged! That was perfect! I was afraid they wouldn't react much but the hug just shows how much they care and-AUGH MY HEART CAN'T TAKE IT! THIS IS BEAUTIFUL!
+Money mons I know right! I cried! Star Wars has a lot of action but it's the slow and rich moments that I admire the most. This really was amazing. It made me think about my childhood and how I grew up watching those two. Now, here they are reunited again and ready for the next chapters of their lives together. I'm so excited to see more.
+Wyatt Hansen exactly! My childhood is flashing before my eyes and seeing them here just makes me happy. Its all glorious~ I hope to see them together more often
Who's here after season 7 was released?
I'm here
Really shows the difference between shows. Their relationship seems so much more real in the Clone Wars. Rebels was alright but it will never beat the emotion that the Clone Wars brought.
@@malikh5818 Yeah, but damn, this reunion and everything about Rex and Ahsoka is so much harder hitting after Shattered.
@@rosesweetcharlotte Yeah it is. Wish we would have gotten more scenes like this in Rebels but hey. Maybe the new Rebels sequel that is rumored will have more of Rex and Ashoka.
Here after the end on clone wars..
Even after all those years and Ahsoka officially leaving the Jedi order, he still addresses her as "Commander." Rex is too good for that world.
It hits me in the heart in a good way to know he wasn't one who obeyed 66. and the cartoon showed the tie-in to return of the jedi on several points in the epilogue
My Rexsoka heart was going wild when they hugged!!
Christ can people ever just be friends? Plus that would not end well given that togrutas can live to be about 200 years old and that Rex will most likely die in his 40's tops.
@@wholesome_masochist4113 I don't think their love is romantic or sexual, but they are definitely the love of each other's life. I mean, dude, she unleashed a psychotic mass murderer onto hundreds of men just to get her man and he murdered his own brothers to save her.
@@rosesweetcharlotte I did imply platonic as in the best friends they've ever or (after this point) ever will.
i swear i'm not crying, i'm just sweating through my eyes..
and now you really notice that scar on Rex's head.
I was watching this and remembered when Rex and Ashoka were fighting grevious and she saved him
Old friends not forgotten!!!!! anyone? are you guys with me?
Obviously the hug is the highlight of this clip, but Kanaan saying, "It's still not" is pretty heavy too.
Watching this scene after clone war finale makes it so much better!!
Captain Rex lives! :)
I laughed so hard when Rex said "you got old" because he's the one who looks like Santa Claus
Thats the classic Clone Humor..
I mean she’s 33
@@sonofthechosenone4335 And how is that old?
Carly Crays uhhh I guess it’s old to me. I’m only 19. It’s subjective though, it might not be old to you.
@@sonofthechosenone4335 "old" is not really subjective. I could call a 30 year old person "old" but they are absolutely not old. I think by the time someone is 40 they aren't young anymore, but they aren't necessarily old either
Oof probably my fav scene when they didn’t know about each other after the events of order 66
The music for Ahsoka and Rex's reunion was awesome
i love that ahsoka made the first move
One million views woohoo
Its weird how this video gained 40k views after you said that and oh whoopty do o one replied to this yet. So i can officially say i have responded first. Now i will go eat these Hot Pockets™ in victory.
No! I will change my name to Hot Pockets™ and then life will be complete!
Hey why im at it, how many seasons do you estimate doing? I cant say i enjoyed them as much as clone wars but hey its still star wars and its good. Not enough light sabers going through people tho :/
+christopher weaver I think it will do 4 to 5 seasons
Star Wars Rebels Hmm. Oh hovered over your name, didn't expect to see marvel DC united ill tell you that. And i definitely didnt expect to get notifications after playing prison architect. OH i just realized i lost the perfect opportunity to say "Well i likes this clip so much i broke the replay button" or something like that.
It’s crazy how during this hug you just want to cry bc you remember all the stuff they went through in the Clone Wars
They went through so much more than we ever knew.
Hits different after season 7 finale of clone wars.
It does my heart good to know they both made it past the original trilogy.
Watching this after seeing clone wars season 7 ‘Shattered’ brings tears to my eyes.....
