I don't understand, you change the setting after if goes through once? How do you line it exactly so that it goes over the first cut??

Hi, the leather stays glued to the cutting board and the lines in the Studio software are the same, so when I remake a cut it just goes over the same path.

How to draw on leather? (thick material) Do you have some usefull tips?

I like to use an awl to scratch the leather, but there are also special silver pens that can be rubbed off once the lines aren't needed anymore. They're pretty common in online leatherworking stores.
