...turns out plastic can be compromised with heat and stress...
Billet Hot-Start Nut install on the KX250f. Should fix the intermittent vacuum leak. Would have been nice if OEM was a metal nut. Hope this helps!
Trying a different camera setup in the garage...still working on the angles.
