I've been there too. It's a wonderful place and clean city. I saw your video in Philippines I saw your reaction there you are so happy with the people you meet in PH as you say filipinos are friendly. Am proud being a filipino😍
No need to be sad!! We will be coming back and then back again later this year! It’s not goodbye just see you again soon 😁😁😁 Thank you for watching and following my journey until I come back 🙏🏻🙏🏻🤍
If you come in from Singapore's north and south neighbors' gateway, immediately you would feel the differences between them once you cleared the custom checkpoint. The landscape like street, building, plants, surrounding ecological existence instantaneously make you realized it is a modern, orderly and advanced city state.
I’m a Thai living in Singapore and I always watch your channel because I really miss Thai street food back home. And now you are in Singapore what a coincidence.
Wow I’m so glad you could find my channel when I was in Thailand from Singapore! Haha I followed you over here 😂 Don’t worry we will be back in Thailand soon so I can remind you of home 🤍🤍
Yay thank you so much!! Yay I’m so happy I got to visit here!! Thank you for your support even when I wasn’t here! Thank you! Let’s eat some kaya toast in the next one 😉 😂😂
Would love to vacate to Singapore. I'm not much of a suck-up, but if I do plan on going, I have to thank just about everybody, from workers to servicemen to students, as they have to be some of the hardest working and success-driven people in the world. They make the experience worthwhile for foreigners because they made city and the service stay slick. Meanwhile, I'd serve no purpose; would just be a bum in the sun, drinking in Marina Bay. Cheers from America 🇺🇸
I know how sad you are to leave Thailand but you'll be back before you know it!. I enjoyed seeing Singapore with it's big metropolis. Again, the aerial shots were great - another perspective. Everywhere you go there will be things that standout for the culture/place you're in at the time but Thailand will remain very special to you. the Elephant Queen and Milo Team will be remembered and talked about until you return. XXX
Singapore is a great great country! I wish you the best with all your endeavors, and hope to see you back in Thailand!! Thank you for making our days more brighter. Not usually a vlog guy, but you give me such positive vibes it makes me want to join in on your journey.
The side dish you have with your chicken cutlet is actually Anchovies (Ikan bilis) and peanuts. Actually they are best eaten with sambal (fried chillies)
Josie my dear. Make sure you check out the Botanic Gardens!!! Get yourself to the Botanic Gardens MRT station and the walk down the hill to Tanglin Gate. From here there are buses every where you want to go. Also, get out to Joo Chiat. A really fun neighborhood with some of the most instagramable street scapes you can find. More fun than Duxton Hill. Oh and yes, the hotel rooms can be tiny. Singapore accommodation is not cheap, but then again it is one of the most vibrant global cities to be found. Further, the 'seeds' are peanuts.
I agree!!! It’s expensive but worth it! Beautiful city. It’s also similar prices to home for me in Australia so I say expensive but it’s almost what I’m used to 😂😂
Ah girl girl when you said thiland, made me so hungry about tom yam soup 🍲 hahahaha 😂😂😂 and Thailand people there also have very lovely smile awesome 👍😍😍
Nice Jo.. I took the BUS from Airport went for a tour.. Free BUS... Lovely jEWEL.. i was there Nov 2019 before 1st lockdown 16 hours layover from Melbourne to CHANGI and then Changi to Coimbatore CJB airport - Tamilnadu- South India.

You were lucky with the drone shot. Drone is supposed to be restricted at this period of time. Right now it's the rehearsal for our National Day at the CBD area, so every Saturday there's fireworks to see. Hope your stay will be till August to see the actual event itself!
@7:35, Me and my classmates frequented that place last year around 2021, we were studying in Clarke Quay and always came to this store between classes.
Really surprised you had a meal at Gao Feng for the char siew rice! It's one of the places that working people around eat for lunch. You are right, their prices are very value for money in SG considering their location in the CBD, and quality is not bad too!
Hi Josie, we’ve stayed at the Bloc Gatwick and they’re rooms could be a bit smaller than yours was in Singapore. It serves its purpose though! Sleep because they’re very quiet.
@Richard Kahn I think it is good to have an umbrella with u. We are experiencing some heavy rain recently. Might come in handy. But alot of places in Singapore has got shades and covered walkway. So in a way, u do not need to open your umbrella to shieldu from the sun. But more importantly, try to wear something that is cooling. T-shirts with quick-dry materials are my favorites. If u intend to go outdoors in the mid day, I suggest sunblock cos that's when the UV rays are the highest. Other than that, just have fun and stay hydrated. Hope this helps

Hi Josie, I'm new to your videos but I liked this one - nice to hear an Aussie voice on YT :) I'll check out more of yours. I'm keen to know which Chinatown hotel you stayed at. All the best with your travels.
Thank you so much for liking my video! It was called clover or something? It was in Hong Kong street! You’d be able to find it on the street 😁😁 thank you! 🙏🏻☺️☺️☺️
The food you were eating is called "Khao moo dang" here in Thailand. You can get it here for 60 baht and a coke included instead of 130. It's very expensive in Singapore. City looks cool and clean. Enjoy it there
Yeah! I'm planning a trip to Singapore this Oct. as well🤩 Have you ever tried Bak Kut Teh before? I had one of thes best Bak Kut Teh before in Little India, but forgot the store's name😅
I've stayed in Singapore Chinatown hotel Santa Grand Lai Yuen and they put me in a room which was a closet. It is for one and the size of it is probably half of your room. So yes, I've seen and stayed in a smaller room than yours 🙈 Going to Singapore again soon so touring it through your eyes first. Thanks for the video! Always wanted to visit Chiang Mai. Hope to do it soon.
If you do come to Marina Bay Sands hotel definitely visit the skypark, breathtaking views of the city skyline from up there. I think it costs 20 dollars for a ticket up there if you aren't a guest at the hotel, if you are staying there the infinity pool is complimentary.
when you are leaving i highly suggest seeing the Jewel at Changi Airport! have around 4 to 5 hours to visit the area! its connected via Terminal 1. A lot of coffeeshop adds condense milk to the milo too. There's not really "street food" in SG anymore as they are all moved into hawker centers many decades ago for sanitary reasons. They are technically street food served in a store xD
What tourists see can be quite different from Singaporean reality. At Jewel, MBS and all tourists destination all are a bed of roses: grand and prosperous looking. Try visiting a neighborhood mall the water for washing hands in the toilets flow at a trickle it takes just about an hour to fully wash the soap off our hands, if there be any available soap at all
