If you are clicking photos on stage so you should keep this light in their direction or opposite to that direction?
Good question.. Shivam you should keep the lights in their direction as we have a shoot through umbrella in this porta light kit.. You need to keep the lights in the opposite direction only when you are using a reflective umbrella.. Does these things have enough power to use in book lighting
Yes it is too bright and can be used for book lighting as well however the color temperature is a bit warm close to 4000-4200 Kelvin.

Hi Dev.. Porta light kabhi nahi phat ta hai.. Mai bohot saalo se us kar raha hu.. usey continuous on rakhne par uski tube ud jati hai.. theek usi tarah jaise ek 100 volt ka bulb udta hai.. porta light ko 2 ghante me ek baar cooling ke liye band karna chahiye for longer tube life.. it is absolutely safe to use.. btw Thanks for watching my video . Hi Tanuj.. No its not normal. Kahi par plastic part ya wire melt hone ki wajah se smell aa rahi hogi.. I use it for 1 to 2 hours continuously still aisi smell nahi aati hai. Ho sakta hai light bilkul new hone ki wajah se aisa hua hoga.. aap use continuous use kijiye for an hour or two.. phir check kijiye.. uske baad nahi aani chahiye.. use it safely.. good luck 👍 Mere aur bhi videos hai photography par.. Yes but that will be a bit costlier than the porta light.. check for godox sl60, 100, 200 etc. If you want to cover a big stage than porta is the best option.. you can also make a custom powerful light to cover stage or a set.. research on bellast flood lights. Hi Dhruv.. Yeh 1000 watts ki hai heat hoti hai par isse umbrella par koi affect nahi hota.. aap ise non stop pure event me use kar sakte hai 4+ hours tak. Lekin it is always advisable ki aap ko jab bhi chance mile ise switch off karke 5-10 min baad switch on kijiye isse iski life maintain rahegi.. Thanks for watching..

If i want white colour light what should i do
Thank you for watching my video Subodh.. I use look for a white color light as well but didn't find one. You only get a warm color light in the porta light kit however there is an option if you want a white color light. You need to look for a bellast flood light and make a custom fitting so that it can be mounted on the light stands.. Sorry bhai pata nahi itna jaldi kyu kharab ho raha hai.. Mai osram ka tube use karta hu. Aur jab bhi stage pe guest nahi hote hai tab band kar deta hu cool down hone ke liye.. 10 bara wedding easily cover ho jata hai..

Hi Niket. Porta light ideally comes with a warm tone. Aapko white balance set karna hoga when you shoot under this light. What is difference between porta light and strobes?
Thank you for watching my video Sameer.. porta light is 1000 watt continuous light that has a Kelvin of 3200 whereas strobe lights has a powerful flash with a beauty lamp. In strobe lights the flash is very powerful however the beauty lamp is used only to illuminate the subject.. strobes are used for photography on big wedding stages where an external flash is too weak to illuminate that area. Feel free to ask if you have any questions..
Do I use strobes for engagement wedding or porta light is enough with prime lens?
Strobes are good for photography and porta for video shoot.. strobe also has a beauty light but is useful to light up only the subject and not the entire stage.. so if you are more towards photography go for strobes else porta light..
Is there any possibilities to use this as single flash.? I mean.. i need this flash when i am taking photos..

Hi Harris.. this is a porta light mostly used for video shoot. It cannot be used as a flash since it is a continuous light. As per your requirement that I understand I would recommend you to go for mono light that has a beauty light with strobes. And is also powerful than the regular speed lights. Birthday party.. etc.. 1000 watts each.. product photography ke liye kaafi bright ho jayegi.. product photography ke liye iski zarurat nahi hai.. aap 50 watts ke 2 led bulbs with diffuser umbrella use karke bhi product photography kar sakte ho..
