ash is so smart, he knew the attack would miss if it was aimed at the protagonist, but thanks to ash aiming it at himself it wouldnt indirectly not miss thanks to them being attached

Not really, they have only really won one major fight so far. They get their shit kicked in most of the time
No, it's probably inspired by how Liko and Roy used to just spam leafage and ember over and over again when they had a practice battle against each other. They don't really do much battling (and they often lose when they battle) against enemies, Friede mainly does the battling

They have shown to still be pretty skilled and still try their best and do pretty well like against amethio, training against captain Pikachu, Galatian moltres, titan arboliva, Kabu, Brassius, and especially the 2nd explorer admin they faced that I can’t remember the name of.
They have had actual training but still have a long way to go and don’t have insane plot armor to bail them out.
Especially since fried hasn’t been helping them like against Brassius, Kabu, titan arboliva, captain pikachu, Galarian moltres, and especially the second explorer admin.
@@kirbystar7474 And in a lot of these fights, they kinda just lost and flopped like fish when stuff got intense. Like at this point, Ash could drop the second jobber (he’s so bad I don’t even remember his name) in one episode.
@@xx_squirtle8621 Ash is the world champion while liko and Roy have only had two Pokémon and started their journeys about a month ago in the timeline. Of course ash would drop him like a fish but Liko and Roy are like ash when he first started but without the insane plot armor and actual threats as villains. I love Jesse, James, and meowth but they were kinda a joke for most of the series.
If Ash is going down, he's taking you down with him.
I was half expecting Oak to show up at the end and try to do pull something so Gary would still lose lol
There were two other trainers that left Pallet Town on their journey:
The one who chose Charmander was Red. The other, Bulbasaur. What happened to that trainer? I'd love to see a video of them.
