Yes you can. But you need Wild Card Certificate for the same to access the Resource.

Hi Mahi, Thank to you for subscribe my Channel,
sure i will help you,
below are the check need to be done before you connect the client to your domain,
1. Ensure Static/Dynamic IP address of your local and Domain Controller(DC) and Primary DNS IP is your Domain Controller IP,
2. Local System & Domain Controller Firewall state Check - (Disabled - No Concern) (Enabled - Allow the port to flow the traffic between host to Domain Controller)
3. Firewall port connectivity from Client to domain (Local System firewall as per your domain settings - Mostly we will disable)
4. Check the telnet of 135,464 and 53 port for the communication between host to DC
