Thanks man , this was really helpful!! My issue was, the fact that I was trying to zoom in on something that was on the side and wanted it zoomed and focused in the middle, and that would have leave me with a huge black space in one side :) ...so this was a god sent!!! Thanks
hi followed the steps but the result is totally diffrent...the only thing i see that isnt the same is when im putting in the mirror effect the reflection center is set at 3840-1080 and not at 1920-540 like in the video...why is that?
I have the problem that when I try to scale my 4K image from 300 to 100, Premiere doesn't take any actions. I only see the replicated material but not zoomed in. Any idea what I can do? Great video btw, you explained it very well. Thanks
my second clip looks blurry on scale. while yours still looks good. my clip looks fine at 100 scale before mirror effects. Can't figure out why. Is my mirroring off?

@@itsmintvanilla is the a few keys, too use to do that? like a real cell phone , u can zoom in and zoom out.. something that doesnt take forever and you can store it for other videos later.
My only problem with the first example, zooming in, is that you've used Replicate to allow us to 'zoom out' of the waterfall, then back into the waterfall by 300%, to the original frame. That's great. But you're first zooming into the forest clip by 300%. This doesn't work great if your clip is already scaled to 100%. I assume your forest clip is 4k and your time line is 1080? My problem is that my timeline is portrait and my first clip is maxed out to 100%, so zooming into it 300% doesn't look great :(

Great, thanks... worked a treat. Had a little trouble when reversing, had to hold the shift key to make sure the zoom did not change. :)

followed exactly and didn't get zoom only the mirror effect and wasn't looking for a transition zoom just a regular zoom out of clip.
