The 3 ingredient oatmeal banana cookies is a great base recipe. It's delicious on its own and I also tried to add other ingredients and it always turned out perfect. I like to add cocoa powder and shredded coconut. So delicious and comforting to have these for breakfast with some coffee!
I JUST made them. They are AMAZING!! I personally used vanilla extract, white chocolate with almonds and blueberries. The banana with the white chocolate and the almonds with the oats respectively make suuuuch a stunning combo🤤🤤🤤🤤
Thanks! I somewhat used the same recipe! I find if you get a chance to use 3 ripe bananas makes a big difference! And I use 2 cups of oatmeal and I also add in a few extra things like 1/2 a teaspoon of cinnamon, vanilla, honey and flaxseed. And half a cup of peanut butter and then I throw in some craisins and raisins and dark chocolate chips! I was using blueberries but I think that’s just too much! It came out much better this time!

Totally love this recipe! I'm going to try this! Two weeks ago I decided to take refined sugar out of my diet. I was eating sweets before and felt sluggish, tired and sore. Since then I'm feeling more energy. It's difficult to cut out all refined sugar. There's 1 or 2 grams of refined sugar even in the healthy foods. So I am eating healthy.

The mother of a girl I knew in school, back in the 70’s, made a cookie similar to these. She would sometimes send me one by her daughter because she knew how much I loved them!

Been making these for a couple months, but I got the recipe from a healthy recipe book. A good and easy combo that I've done is sprinking about a Tbsp of cinnamon into the banana (or more depending on your cinnamon craving) and dried cranberries. Makes for a very fruity taste with cinnamon notes, holiday vibes for sure, also makes your kitchen smell delicious.
I made these decisions cookies this afternoon but added flaxseed meal to it as well as walnuts I use a monk fruit because I'm type 1 dietabic oh and the zero chocolate chips and I one cookie and didn't raise my numbers at all this is winner in my book😊

I love your cookie recipes. I have totally fooled my grandkids into eating healthy with these yummy treats. I have added all kinds of nuts and fruits to them.
i just made basically what is a peanut butter and jelly sandwich but also in the form of a no bake oatmeal cookie. 😂 i took natural peanut butter with some of the oil, mixed in strawberry preserves, and apricot jam. heated until it forms together as one mass in a saucepan over low heat, constantly stirring, then mixed in 4 packs of normal quaker maple and brown sugar oatmeal, with a tiny bit of boiling water. i turned off the heat, and mixed it together in the pan that was still warm, then scooped it all into a glass dish, and set it out on the patio table since it was cold outside and i work out back a lot. after it set for a few mins, i cut them up into bars and sprinked some more of the oatmeal around the outsides of the squares, kind of mashing it in gently. When i tried one, omg it was one of the most delicious things i've ever made. reminds me of the pb and j sandwiches for kids with the crust cut off, but with an oatey breakfast healthy hearty cookie taste. they are soo good. very filling and dense. and with the leftovers the next day, i actually cooked a few bars over a fire with hot coals, and they started getting golden brown on the outside and gooey inside. absolutely delicious. i couldn't stop eatin them lol.. if you do this be super careful, it gets extremely hot btw. but even microwaved, or heated in an oven, same thing, let it cool a little, and it's like a delicious hot cobbler but it's peanut butter and jelly, with an oatmeal no bake cookie moist texture to it. i have to emphasize how addictive these are 😂 be careful with this recipe! lol

Pumpkin puree?
