My 3 yr old is gluten free and dairy free and was just telling me how he missed out on a cookie at his class party yesterday. Your video popped up and we watched it and followed along and now there's some delish cookies in the oven that he can have and I feel great about giving him! We added cinnamon and vanilla with the chocolate chips!

I'm 12 and also gluten free, and it's always a bit sad when EVERYONE is eating a delicious pie or desert or or a hotdog when ther is NO brown bread ( say now at a party) . And that's why I love Danny's recipes, becasue then I'm also enjoying something nice( and healthier!)😊💜

@@thought-provokingvideos5464 the teacher is gf and df as well and very thoughtful! This was a holiday party that parents assisted in and so some outside treats were there. It's ok for him to learn his own boundaries with food too, but I do appreciate the kindness at it is hard for such a little one to graciously forego a delicious treat! He LOVES these cookies though, so it's a win!

Thanks! I somewhat used the same recipe! I find if you get a chance to use 3 ripe bananas makes a big difference! And I use 2 cups of oatmeal and I also add in a few extra things like 1/2 a teaspoon of cinnamon, vanilla, honey and flaxseed. And half a cup of peanut butter and then I throw in some craisins and raisins and dark chocolate chips! I was using blueberries but I think that’s just too much! It came out much better this time!

Since then I'm feeling more energy. It's difficult to cut out all refined sugar. There's 1 or 2 grams of refined sugar even in the healthy foods. So I am eating healthy.

Been making these for a couple months, but I got the recipe from a healthy recipe book. A good and easy combo that I've done is sprinking about a Tbsp of cinnamon into the banana (or more depending on your cinnamon craving) and dried cranberries. Makes for a very fruity taste with cinnamon notes, holiday vibes for sure, also makes your kitchen smell delicious.

i just made basically what is a peanut butter and jelly sandwich but also in the form of a no bake oatmeal cookie. 😂 i took natural peanut butter with some of the oil, mixed in strawberry preserves, and apricot jam. heated until it forms together as one mass in a saucepan over low heat, constantly stirring, then mixed in 4 packs of normal quaker maple and brown sugar oatmeal, with a tiny bit of boiling water. i turned off the heat, and mixed it together in the pan that was still warm, then scooped it all into a glass dish, and set it out on the patio table since it was cold outside and i work out back a lot. after it set for a few mins, i cut them up into bars and sprinked some more of the oatmeal around the outsides of the squares, kind of mashing it in gently. When i tried one, omg it was one of the most delicious things i've ever made. reminds me of the pb and j sandwiches for kids with the crust cut off, but with an oatey breakfast healthy hearty cookie taste. they are soo good. very filling and dense. and with the leftovers the next day, i actually cooked a few bars over a fire with hot coals, and they started getting golden brown on the outside and gooey inside. absolutely delicious. i couldn't stop eatin them lol.. if you do this be super careful, it gets extremely hot btw. but even microwaved, or heated in an oven, same thing, let it cool a little, and it's like a delicious hot cobbler but it's peanut butter and jelly, with an oatmeal no bake cookie moist texture to it. i have to emphasize how addictive these are 😂 be careful with this recipe! lol

@@CleanandDeliciousDani I decided to go for eggs + bit of eritritol. Small first try batch. Let's see how it comes out. Your channel is great, by the way. I'm almost a year now on sugar free diet because on lockdown I took a determination to improve my diet and after all the time we all had to think "our livestyle" through, I decided to go one step at a quite large time to stablish new habits strongly. I started with salt. Then I went for sugar. Meanwhile, endometriosis made me lactose intolerant. So I think I will wait a little longer for refined cereals and processed meat. Pork and bread are like a religion where I live. Chanels like yours are such a help and inspiration because all the ideas you share allow me to have choices, many of them, so that I don't give up and go back to unhealthy ingredients, because I don't know what to cook and I don't have time or I'm too tired to make a research for mealpreps and snacks. So thank you very much for your great work. I really appreciate it.
