Some of these setups are great because they show personality, which requires creative work. A lot of setups I come across from influencers are alright, but uninspiring because they put less thought into it and focused more on what products to purchase. DIY work can make all the difference in making it stand out, imo

If you don't want macbook there is nothing better than Lenovo in any category of laptops. They are just kings. Heck their software features & support is best I've experienced including apple(which is shit nowadays)
My desktop pc died a few weeks ago and now and for the foreseeable future I use my 2014 Lenovo laptop with i7 4710hq and gtx 860m which Nvidia still supports with new drivers. I am lucky I bought this ten years ago. Lovely machine and knock on wood, still works well.

One thing not probably related to video, but you mentioned inter unison. I think window phone link is better, i have only used in my my laptops and phone, but not on a tablet. ( I use windows and andriod, dont know about apple😅)

If fan noise and thermals is something which makes you concern about a laptop, then the best is to build a PC. Or watch some videos of Jarrod's Tech (recent ones) and select a laptop which suits your need.
my zenbook are these exact specs, same processor, same ports. BUT better oled screen & sells for $700 dollars. i love your videos but i feel like your ads are so shallow and not provoking

I agreed until Asus launched the new G14 and G16, those are awesome if you can handle a bit of fan noise

That's my setup! I have a USB-C hub that connects my monitor, charger, mouse, and keyboard. Need to upgrade it though because it only runs at 75hz.

If you want a reliable machine, go with a Lenovo laptop that suits your budget like a LOQ or IdeaPad.
If you have a higher budget then you can also go with the premium Legion range of laptops.
