We're kicking off with a bang as we dive into the challenge with a 2004 Subaru Forester 392,000kms - the prime starting point. Join us in this episode as we take on a thrilling 5-hour drive down south to acquire this beast, all with the ambitious goal of making it back to the Gold Coast in one piece.

Long flat. Think we passed through there coming home from Lake Cathie/ Port back in september. Some really nice roads around there. Pretty much what i'd expect for 1k SG forester. Hopefully the headgaskets fine on it. The ej25's are BAD for them. Folks sg was well looked after and still went.
Great roads, just the wrong car 😂😂 Luckily we had no head gasket issues!
@@giorgionicola I was in a renault clio with my elderly parents and the car was fully loaded. I know that feeling 😂😂 good news on no blown headgasket.
