Hey nice video. Thanks for sharing ! I'm doing the same with my car which is also Clio 3, however I have a problem connecting the headlights. The new headlights have one additional bulb(the one that is on the outside of the headlights) which I guess is for the "Daylights", basically a low beam which you can use during the day instead of the HID light. The car doesn't come with a harness for that bulb so I have to connect it myself which is not a problem however I need a specific connector for that bulb and I have no idea what that connector is. I have turned the internet upside down to look for it, but no success. 😢 Does anyone know what that connector is? 🤔
@@MasterDevily Hey! Unfortunately, I did not find the name of that connector. However, I came up with a solution. I am yet to do it, but I believe it will work. It goes something like this: The original wiring in the car turns the Daylight lightbulb when the Low beam is turned on. My idea is to re-route the headlight itself. Basically, remove the power from the Daylight lightbulb and put it to the Low beam. This way, when you turn on the Low beam, you will turn on the HID light. I will then add a separate wiring for the Daylight light bulb with separate button somewhere inside the cabin. There are other, more elegant solutions for doing that, but it is up to you. For example, a separate relay can be used,so when you turn on the dash light (1st position of the original light switch of the car) you also turn the Daylights of the car. If you do that, make sure to consider the cable's cross-section as well as from where to get the power for the additional wiring (so it does not power on the headlight with the engine off.) Hope this helps! Let me know how it went 👊

I have make the same change on my R27, but with full LED kit.
How’s the LED’s treating you? I have not liked the led’s on my other cars. Always find that HID’s works better for me
@@CCDVIDEO they are better than the origin halogen, but too white when it rain. I think change it for the Philips LED kit.
