I tried this recipe as the texture looked divine. My dough was very wet. I added 20 grams more flour and still wet. I kneaded on my breadmaker for 45 mins as I couldn't get the gluten/windowpane test. Disappointing result. I believe it's because of the conversions. Metric or grams/ml would be helpful. I want to try again but not until please post in grams.😢 looks delicious but not mine 😢

Just mixed the ingredients in a bowl until all ingredients were mixed. I’m confused but anyway you have another nice style in forming the dough like spiral. Thank you for sharing.

Microwave fresh milk for 1 min and 20 seconds ( regular microwave ) Kapag muffin pan 24 small pcs. Bake at 350°f for 14-15 mins or kapag 8 mins na lagyan ng cover ung top ng bread para hindi magdark at para maluto mabuti ung bottom part ng bread. Next time sige gagawa ako ng brioche style for ube cheese pandesal iyan talaga lagi kong ginagawa i-share ko din thank you 😊❤️
