Tried it just now, I swear to God, this is the most precise recipe ever! It turned out just like how it should be. The dough is soft and gooey. It's just perfect! Thank you! I made this times 2. 5 cups (3rd class) flour in total. I didn't even use evaporated milk because I just didn't want to open a can. I used powdered milk instead. Lol.

When you let the yeast sit with the wet ingredients its called "Blooming". Proofing is for the dough.
