Calling it off after ten an a half rounds and the commentators calling Leapai slow through the whole fight
Leapai at 39 paces himself well in the fight,
Parker couldn't knock him out after 10 rounds
Leapai deserved the chance to complete the 12 rounds
I love them both but I feel Leapai was robbed of completing the 12 rounds.

Using leapai as the measurement none of these post wladimir fighters had power close to wladimir, esp the jabs. Leapai could only last 5 rounda befoere irs too much
Just rewatched the wlad match seems wlad left jabs are harder than parkers combos and hooks. Leapai is reallg tough and it takes extraorfinary powet to take out yhis guy i suspect wilder wony be able to take him out u have to wear him out using those hard jabs
Joseph Parker's got all the skill, he's shown that. He's just got to really get out there and show his grit. He showed it against Whyte who scraped by him with a headbutt, he's just gotta adjust his training regimen and find a coach who will help lite a fire under him. Kevin Barry is holding him back, he could easily be more competitive with the better fighters of the division.
The problem is, while he clearly believes in himself, he's also pretty comfortable with where he's at. He's probably a superstar in New Zealand and he's a generally happy guy. He's been a world champion before and considered a top contender. I hope he'll find that fire to rise up, but we'll see. Maybe a top opponent like Usyk or a rematch with Whyte can bring it back out.
No such thing as a superstar in new Zealand, we don't believe on celebrities. No matter who you are, your just another person.

Alex thought he could Homer Simpson, take a hiding every round and hope they get tired. Never heard a ref have to remind someone they need to throw some punches. So one sided even the commentators had enough.
Although I like parker, it'll be nice to see a new samoan/poly hw that throws bombs just like leapai or tua, bcuz i love that fighting style & its suitable for polys but parker don't have it. Oh well I still like parkers style tho

Leapai was by far the toughest even at 39 years old..Lucas Browne would of got dealt with easy if fought Parker so credit to Leapai straight warrior if he was younger he'd go the distance cause he's very durable and has power to keep him honest I won alot of money on this cause I went over 8 rounds thanks to the Lionheart

Look at Leapai's condition, he's never had a flabby gut like that in a fight before.
The ref shouldn't have stop the fight, Leapai was still fighting. You never know what can happen in the latter rounds. One wild hook, can turn it around. Just like that ! Of course, not likely that it would've happened here, but ref should've gave Leapai a shot. Just my 2...
