This is the first tutorial I have seen that attaches the inner hat in this way. You make it so much easier and having the opening in the crown makes more sense and easier to sew shut and doesn't show. Like it!!!

I've watched several different tutorials on making a bucket hat and this is the absolute best. The pattern was easy to copy from the measurements and layout and was very simple compared to others. The putting it all together was very straightforward and I believe I've finally found someone who takes the complicate out of complicated. Great looking for more of your future videos.😊

Nice hat. Thank you for the tutorial but it gotta me dizzy how fast it was playing. Even slowing down speed to. 75 was fast.
Great tutorial, just one thing to add. You will get a better finish if you press the seams as you go rather than at the end.

My hat came out looking like a chef hat. The outer side seem to big and I did my best at fitting the raw edges. I wonder what I did wrong. I rechecked measurements. The only thing I can think of is I used thin cotton. But I did use fusible interface to help with stability 13:30

Really grateful 😊. I watched the video a few times and got started, 3 hours later I have a hat. Thanks! BTW, I used the tip to turn it at the brim edge which worked well. And another tip was to iron as you go. Not sure if that mattered but I did. My tip is to pin the heck out of curves!! It makes sewing almost stress free.

Das ging schnell und einfach. Sehr gutes Tutorial. Mein Kopfumfang beträgt 56 cm, der Hut sitzt locker. Beim nächsten werde ich die Maße um 1 cm verringern.

Den Vorlauf mit höherer Geschwindigkeit zu zeigen ist im Allgemeinen ja ok, aber hier bei Ihnen? Das ist unerträglich schnell. Mir wird schwindelig beim Zuschauen. Da könnte man locker 4-5 Geschwindigkeitsstufen rausnehmen und dann wäre das immer noch schnell genug. Aber ich entschuldige mich dafür, dass ich das sage. Mir gefällt nämlich die Anleitung zum Nähen des Sommer-Huts richtig, richtig gut. Aber es kostet mich halt viel Kraft, das Anschauen durchzuhalten. Trotzdem Danke für's teilen. LG, Marina
