That was from YESTERDAY, I was in that session, first comment about ithorium hacking. I made the comment back to him, look at all the OTHER players that are almost as high in kills. What a dodo bird that Scorpion38X11 was. Also, I see at the 8:49 marker, you killed AkkadianAssassin. That FLAK was getting repaired, and yes, a dedicated gunner! Reason for the struggle on the last objectives is because my squad and I would go around the battle, capture "A" , "B" , and "C" over and over. What a small world. :)

Yeah. I have only accused somebody of being a hacker and been right ONCE. All the other times its just a super skilled player or some noob that used up all his luck for life to pull that shit off.

The P-47 Thunderbolt, literally the idea of the A-10 even named after the P-47, carrying it's name of Thunderbolt II and following it's doctrine of slow moving, yet rugged and strong with an overwhelming amount of ordnance and equipment onboard: *Am i a joke to you*
i would still say its the cannon on front that makes it more like the a-10
I would have to say the Mosquito "Tse Tse" Mk XVIII was the closest WW2 aircraft to the A-10 warthog of today Another then one being British And one American Both were about the same size, Both 2 engines, Both unique designs that stand out from aircraft of its days, Both were fitted with Auto - Cannons infront of the cockpit. The P-47 was designed and used as a short to medium range Air to Air combat and support to bombers...The A-10 is not And the big diffrence with the A-10 And the Mosquito is the speed of its class A A-10 can not out run much of any fighters of its time and today However the Mosquito's huge advantage was its speed and power over most any other enemy fighters

Living on a Dollar I would argue the Il-2. Both were/ are flying tanks for their times. Even the il-10 could be argued to also be the a10 of ww2.
This thing in real life was modified to use A 20MM AUTOCANNON in the EXACT spot of the .50 cal in game. Why DICE didn't just give it a 20mm cannon really bothers me.
It also (after getting relegated to night fighter roles) got a under slung gun pod in place of the bomb bay, in both light bomber/attacker and night fighter it was a pretty decent aircraft it just never excelled in the roles and was inevitably replaced but it was a good aircraft and before it was a bomber it was in fact a mail plane, one of if not the fastest on the planet
@@sausagesurprise9403 The gun pod was present in the game but nobody uses it. It would be better to put it in conjunction with the 20mm
@@invictusangelica I haven't actually played battlefield five just here for the vid as it's one of my favourite aircraft, I personally watch this channel for fallout lol so I didn't know it is in the game that's fantastic not many things these days give any recognition to the less known vehicles so it's nice to see it. Is this game actually worth playing I've heard mixed things ?

@@invictusangelica thanks I've heard the story is boring and pretty sjw mad but the multiplayer is pretty good I've stayed away because of all the hassle from just before launch so don't know much about the game or it's gameplay
To fix resupply glitch for aircraft, switch seats and then switch back. Works for some reason
yup when it doesn't switch meanwhile u pass through the resupply checkpoints

Another work around for me was to take a small bit of damage and then go through one, that seemed to work for me.
Both Dave and I started clipping off the tips of the wings where we could to make the resupply work.

Actually when you die and can't respawn you _can_ be revived by a medic. I know this because I decided to wait out an almost finished game of Rotterdam and after around 2 minutes of waiting our team pushed the point and a medic revived me.
I did a redeployment after doing this and I couldn't spawn

It's fun to use and it's balanced tbh.Strafing runs leaves you vulnerable and it adds a good risk to it.Great changes.They need more changes to flying though,it's so paintfull to fly a fighter now

Dave there something u need to know like the physisc of this game are trash and in fact go play war thunder and try out the p47 thunderbolt with 2×1000lb bombs and 1×500lb bomb with 10 anti tanks rockets and 8×50.cals machine guns
I love people who can spot enemies and suppress them. I'm always on the lookout for flares.
The added turret on it is amazing for flying over infantry and shooting them as you fly over

Theres something with the plane physics that if you are trying to pull out of a dive with a slope in front of you the plane seems to lose power and gets sucked into the impending slope...

I've always loved the sound of the A-10.
You have to be higher in that plane to detonate the bomb. If your plane is too low, the bomb will not detonate.
Found this channel and absolutely love it, binge watching his whole bf V videos since they're damn entertaining.
It bugged me a lot seeing those spitfires not helping you. I usually use the VB with the 8 rockets to harass/destroy tanks or fight clusters of infantry, but I always keep a eye open for my bomber buddies and my ears open for JU88s. Hell of a sound they make when they fly past you.
Hey Dave I know you made this video a year ago but I wanted to say I run in a milsim and I use this bomber ever game night and it preforms AMAZING. To spot enemy locations, the 50 cal for planes, and the overall bomber level of health and maneuverability makes this plane one of my favorite to fly. Love your vids and I hope you revisit the battlefield soon.

Ah the good old days when Anti air was balanced in range to damage output, and the fliegerfaust wasn’t a thing
Ranger Dave could you do a video testing out the “high altitude packages” on the Stuka B1, Mosquito MKII, and the BF109 G-6? I was wondering if this tech tree even works, because you get stuck in the sky at times, which I thought might be useful trying to escape enemy fighters most especially for the Stuka and Mosquito, and actually do some quark-screw dive bombing. I wish the Stuka B1 was given a standard (2) 500kg, given how you can only drop one at a time, unlike the Mosquito, and the one Spitfire fighter basically has (2) 250lb bombs that seems to do more damage on tanks, yet is fast and agile.

The Blenhiem MK1 is easily the most underrated thing in BF5. It's so unbelievably good for Breakthrough
In order to get the resupply stations to work again you must change to the gunner seat and shoot a few rounds just before going through the Resupply station and then switch back to the pilot seat.
The aerial combat/support certainly looks fun.
And it is understandable that the enemy thought there were cheats (they are almost impossible to see without a marker).
nb: I do not play this game. I flew a lot in Heroes & Generals.
with the plane resupply glitch you can also switch seats once then ressuply works these ressuply glitch only happens when you had switch seats
Honestly if I had played the beta on PC, I would’ve gotten so many haccusations because of my use of the STG-44. I have no shame in admitting that during the beta, I would top score on console because of how good it was. And I was fairly aggressive to boot. When you get killed so many times, you immediately call hacks on PC, but when it happens on console they just start throwing insults.
But do you even play PC?
Give It A Rub No, and yes I was playing as well as a PC player. I know what PC versions of the game do, the prime example is the K-10 Warthog, the Mechanic primary weapon from Battlefield Hardline, which was nerfed in the PC version of the game while it was left alone in the console version because on PC, the recoil could be controlled to a ridiculous extent, making the weapon borderline broken. You could do no such thing on console, making it perfectly balanced, as all things should be... nah, the M416 and M16A4 still exist, and those guns are superior to every other gun in the game barring RPG and Smaw. I don’t play PC, partly because it’s way too expensive for what it’s worth, and If I’m going to get a computer, I’m going to use it for work purposes, not gaming purposes.
My favorite jet next to the f-16 is the a-10 so I love this

I’ve found out that you have to take damage, and then be in the process of resupplying at the same time of flying through the resupply point. This seems to work most consistently, but yes almost every patch gives more annoying bugs. I’ve noticed that some of the plane’s aiming reticles aren’t zeroed on the rear gunners, like the under mounted turrets. I’ve also had some instant death spawns when trying to join in as a pilot. I’ve also noticed the sound just overloads and cancels out after taking damage and giving damage, which seems to trigger the resupply points not working.
The worst thing ever is when your using the mosquito cannon and you hit a plane and it doesn’t register the blow
If the plane resupply is not working and you have flares on your plane. Just drop a flare. Makes it work again
Honesly, the spotting camera alone sells it for me, I would use it in every single plane if I could.

I can notice when pilots get behind my wingman but let it be me that gets chased, my wingmen are completely oblivious to it all

I have this glitch where people camp AA turrets and have really good aim and kill me before I’ve even seen an enemy
Sometimes I don’t even mean to ram the biotch bombers , and I ran into them from underneath and they explode and I don’t die. It’s trip like a free kill

The glitch im having is when you fly oute of combat zone when you fly in again it stil counts down just that the coundt down is not there and i get the killed in action the plane flyes on ... Xbox one
My friend and I took an easier approach really. We went around taking out planes with the top gun. Then he upgraded to the bottom gun and we went around killing infantry and murdering everything in the sky. Really the only thing that took us out of the sky were combo attacks, 1 hit attacks, AA (he was the pilot), and his E button.
We actually upgraded and enjoyed using the plane _before_ the update due to the bottom guns.
That's awesome you can spot from the plane. They've needed that this whole damn time. That's a clever way of doing it too. Is that for all the planes? I hardly use the planes

I fell in love with breakthrough on panzestorm shit was deadly, 2 ends of the field,1 sided planes, vs shit ton of aa, was fun,, with the few driping into ou front line,, that shoulda been the name,, frontline breakthrough

once with my friend we were in a ju-88 and were treating it like an AC-130 and I was in the bottom turret mowing down everyone that my squad spotted
ATTENTION: to all the people who can’t resupply in the bombers switch seats when heading through resupply point and it will give you more bombs
Have to come in from much higher. Your spot camera works better and you can adjust aim for longer, plus drop bombs
idk know what it is but when ever i shoot a tank with another tank or an at cannon it just doesnt do any damage or show i do any man
What game modes do you mostly play ?
we need an in depth on the new flying physics. i can do OK but it feels like fighters can't turn as much and scissoring is VERY dangerous now as idk how many time's i've smacked the ground because i'm looping normal, and suddenly my ability to finish the loop just fizzles out and i make a crater
the camera for spotting is actually bugged since the launch and after the first spotting use the next ones do not show on your view even thought they are spotted to the others
There another version where it either has that as main gun and no bombs or two of those machine guns (I could be wrong been a while since i played war thunder) I have half UK planes unlock So im surprised they dont give you the old wI or wII Uk version of the flying fortress.
Blenheim Is my fav plane to fly around and land when i played.

Fun fact: JU-87G Stuka and IL-2 Strumovik were the actual A-10s of WWII. Those are the planes that inspired the whole A-10 and the aircraft all the working engineers familiarised themselves when working on A-10.
You're wrong, it was the p47.
Actually, the p47 was the literally the A-10 of ww2. Same manufacturer, and they built the a-10 based on the p47.

the bombs are really good in my opinion it helped me get a 48 kill game with them also no I didn't have the 50Cal yet
Most annoying thing is the up, down, left and right controls on the spotting camera are all inverted. Who does that?

actually, no there is another way discovered by me, if you're in a plane with more then 1 sit, just jumpsit while passing throw the checkpoints, it may sounds stupid or difficult but it's more fast than the way ranger explaned
Seeing this makes me want to try out planes but i don't really want to take anyone up in case a more experient player wants to use them 😅 which happens to me all the time with tanks,whenever i want a tank,they all get taken and even given to our enemies 🙄😂
Spotting, flares op
Last Week, I played the First time a Plane in a Multiplayer Game. But its so Hard to control it. As I played the Champagne, it was easy to controll. But now not... Im sad that I cant fly it anymore cause I cant controll it
The mosquito with those four main guns up front as well as the 4000 pound is basically a better A-10 in my opinion.
Mosquito is a bomber,A10 is an attack jet btw it's rare to see a 6 pounder version in real life

Blenheim is super easy to level up, just use the nosegun unlockable on rank 2.

If you dont get ammo, seat swap... and itll work, better than taking damage.
Today one challenge in Tides of war: Spot 100 enemies as a squad. Went to Fjell, did it in 5 minutes all alone 😂
The bomb is actually pretty good, the key is to fly it higher so it spreads.
So you should drop bomb first then gun run.
i use the bottom cannon upgrade, get a squad in the thing, it can cannot die
For any battlefield experts out there. Do you need to play "online" to get access to all the planes, helicopters etc., or are they there in the campaign missions? I just wanna fly planes and helicopters I don't really give a shit about ground combat missions or first-person shooter type stuff. Thanks!
