You can do it man.
@@kevingalindo1 hey can u email me at Koerick.brian@yahoo.com I have a ? About your Wire harnesses
Love that blue frame
Learned a lot from you Kevin!
This is a great channel guy. Keep it up
Thank you, I most certainly will!
South Texas Banshee it would be so great if you can make a video of how to place the a arm bushings...everything I tried changing them they crack and brake on me, I thought that they just pressed in

In this when I show quickly how to pull out and replace a arm bushings, I've never had any crack on me though, new ones either. I'm going to do a better video on it when I have a new set to install.
good video
Great video! I was curious if you still have a front brake setup? I need all but rotors.
Get an ingersoll rand impact, one of the best in my opinion! Great video as always!

Heck yea, I had a IR2131 a long time ago then a 2135. Definitely need another
Agreed. Used one for a long time in a semi shop. Beats snap on or mac anyday. My 1/4 drive would break off grade 8 bolt if you over tighten shit.
Cant beleave I might have a tip for you being as this is my first banshee. But I've worked on many other and cars for years. Set your lower spindle on a 4x4 block and take a dead blow and smake the top of the ball joint dow. As you run the impact. Usually catches right away.
Blane Long I'll sure try that next time bud. Thanks!
No problem man. Thank you for all the awesome videos. I watched several of them before buying my banshee and I definitely fell more confident after the knowledge you share.
You should make a video of putting the whole front end back together it would be very helpful
beautiful a arms/spindle were those powder coated? tearing my banshee down now complete rebuild!
Thanks.
You got hella ants man
You ever do that video on Toe Camber Caster Front End Alignment? Your video's are clutch.
ello good afternoon, I am writing to you from Neuquen (Argentina). A few days ago my son was riding a Banshee ATV and hit a rock with his left front wheel. Apparently everything looks good but the ATV when releasing the handlebar goes to the right. We have tried to align it but it still has the same problem. What can be? thank you very much
Another awesome video! P.S. Give that camera-man a raise! 😁
Panda yea he did do a great job huh?
It’s so much easier to work when you don’t have to worry about fumbling with the camera
Can you help me out, how long is the frame im trying to powder coat myself, don't have the bike next to me right now amd im also building the oven to doit , I want to know if its going to fit in it . Thanks in advice!!!
How about getting the screw to the ball joints back on it's just spining
I need a front hydro system
Yours front shock are turned upside down. Thanks for the vid

Can i powder coat my A-arms without removing ball joints? Can the ball joints withstand the heat?
What size is the nut you need to replace steering stem barrings
Hy.. why do you have the shocks up down??🤔🤔
Cant believe thats the front brakes for a 180kg animal of a machine..... Been looking at recommend master cylinder upgrades and compatible caliper upgrades but info isn't really forthcoming on here... There's the odd YFZ conv but that's about it
Kevin I know this video is old but I’m looking for a front brake reservoir that’s polished please. I need one for my bike
I need brake lines with bolts
Awesome video, do you have a video putting the whole bike together?
Jordan Fields, lol eventually. Picking up parts from powder tomorrow. then need to see what he needs to start putting it together. Once I start it, it won't be long.
Lol thanks
Will the stock front shocks off of a Yfz 450 bolt up on a banshee with a stock front end it worked on a raptor 660 I’m just curious because my front shock is leaking oil on the passenger side
shortbu33 they will, you may need to grind just a little off of the tabs on the frame that the upper bolt goes through. Some hit, some don’t, most do. It’s not a big deal. You’ll just need to round the corners. Have a good day.
Do you have a video to show how to set the toe and Camber after installing ball joints and tie rod end
Nelson Corbin not just yet, I’m eating to do a complete assembly for a guy soon. Most the parts have come in. Going with Elkas and Alba LT’s.
Do you have any tips for me to get I alined
hey man I'm having a problem with my Yamaha banshee it's a 03 350 the tire valve stem is hitting the brake caliper and it shouldn't be that way and when I flip the rim the right way it's doesn't want to go on all the way cause it hits the tie rod any idea on what I should do
Jesse Sanchez
Take the valve stem out, put a new one in backward to plug the hole.
Drill a new hole in the other side, 1/4 drill bit. Super easy, put your new stem in and ride.
Jesse Sanchez
As far as it hitting the tie rod, you either need to
1) set the toe
2) have a bent spindle
3) have a bent steering stop
we're would be the best place to drill the hole?
Jesse Sanchez
Preferably in a flat spot. I've even put them on a curve before
ok thanks for your fast response really appreciate it
I know this is a really old video. But you said the A arms are no good because of messed up ball joint? The ball joints cant be pressed out? Thats awful strange. I had always thought that they were in these machines
From my understanding the lower shock bushing cant be changed either. But it sounds like people have came up with a few remedys.
Don’t hit the roter ;) , oh it came rite off
Love the channel but dang are you jittery
Pickle fork
Sorry for my english
