    Mate, full kudos to you, you are a nutter of a fisherman😂
    You go where eagles fear to tread. I love fishing but obviously not as much as you do pal, you go to places where a mountaineer wouldn't go!
    I worry every time I watch a video of yours, it always looks like one false move and you're going to need a medivac.
    Obviously you are a skilled climber but... f..k me, you take your life in your hands most times you go fishing.
    Keep safe pal, you are putting it all on the line, no pun intended.

    There you go - branching out from your comfort zone, well done, why don't you try this summer to catch 5 species you never have caught? (Fresh and Salt), pat on the back for trying. In fact I'll do one for you a Grayling, I've tried for years but only ever had one in our part of the world. PS great to see you and Dave out together again, I wish you both a great year.

      Thanks, David. Aye, that's the plan. Hoping to catch a ray, Huss, tope, haddock and a salmon. I've already ticked grayling off with a nice 3lb'er, and plenty smaller ones, from the River Derwent at Rowlands Gill. It's a good little day ticket water with some nice brownies too. It's definitely worth a shot, but it's fly only

    Balcary for rays, but flat rocks not for me if there's a decent westerly.. to many sleeping with the fishies. Think the points safer. As long as its nailed to the sea bed a sweaty sock would still catch.

    as if the type of point on a hook is going to make one iota of a difference to a 7oz held lump of bait at 70 yards in huge tides. hilarious tackle 'brandery'

    • @SlippyLimpets
      @SlippyLimpets  Год назад

      It's not about the bait, more the way that the hook catches fish. I'm not promoting the brand, it's just an interesting concept being slightly different from the norm.
