    Thank you Ashley!! I’m six months pp, finished the 12 week plan and loved it! My dr is less than two fingers but I haven’t felt comfortable going back to Pilates and some weight training because I still have a little bit of coning. This video is so helpful so I can modify the workouts I love! PS thank you for always bringing your faith into your videos. As a Christian it is so refreshing and give so much meaning to working out!

      Congrats on 6 mo pp and WELL DONE on completing the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan. I'm so glad to hear your gap is down to less than 2 now and that you'll be able to use these exercise regressions moving forward on any other pilates/weight training you want to do! Oh, and keep your eyes open for the next video I'll drop because it's ALL ABOUT "Get Your Home Together" Christian motherhood and parenting video that is going to hit hard.

       I am actually on Firm 30 and loving it, going on 4 years PP from last LO so my abs have come a long way since incorporating your workouts. Also, thank you for those tasty recipes on Firm 30!

      I'm SO glad. Definitely save this video so you can come back to as needed, or share with a friend because I can almost guarantee another woman in your life is struggling with coning, too, and she may have no idea what Diastasis Recti is yet but you are a friend who can equip her.

    Hello Ashley. I have 2 kids and after 7y I still have a belly. I am so frustrated, tried everything and didn’t work out. Do you recommend still go for a 12 weeks pp plan? What would be your suggestion? I would love to hear from you. Kind regards, Monika

      Hi Monika, I'm so glad you reached out so we can talk through this together. I understand you delivered your youngest 7 years ago, you are a mother of 2, you have tried 'everything' and nothing has worked for you thus far. Absolutely understand how frustrated you are! I need to know more about your ab gap before I can give you the most laser-focus targeted plan for your stomach moving forward. What are your 4 Diastasis Recti measurments? You can also message me on Instagram if that's easier if you want to keep it private @glowbodypt Get your 4 measurments using this quick and easy video from home: ruclips.net/video/wo3J9B9s2YA/видео.htmlsi=Z586ek5iwQfGAJqW

      Dear Ashley. Thank you so much for your reply. I have checked my dr and I don’t have any gaps. The problem is the lower abdomen mummy pouch. I just can not achieve to have a flat stomach :-( I used to be very sporty I love running and doing exercises at home but my belly is always the same. It’s sticks out. Recently I reduced the carbs and eating more protein and I feel a bit better but it’s really a long and slow process:-( When I had more time I did your short videos they were very good. Sometimes I just have no idea if I am doing the right exercise or the amount of food might be the problem. After 7y I would like to drop my extra kg off. ( 155cm and I gain 61kg ) Hope you can help:-) Thank you again. Monika

    I've completed the 12 week program twice now and will go back in a third time and progress to the other plans now offered, I've still got some belly fat to lose but my DR was closed the first time around in about 6 weeks if I remember correctly. Loved all the videos and education you give us. Thank you ashley ❤

      Sipstea, it's Ashley. Let me know if I'm getting your first name right, otherwise correct me! : ) That's awesome you successfully closed down your Diastasis Recti in about the first 6 weeks of the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan, and I'm impressed that you repeated it two times through! You are totally right that switching things up and advancing on will help with fat burn (your body gets used to what it's been doing for a while), plus it's good for your motivation + mind as a strong woman to be continually challenged and pushed in new ways. I'm excited for you!

    • @sipstea26
      @sipstea26 8 месяцев назад

      @@glowbodypt yes that was correct! And you couldn't have said it any better! I love to switch things up quarterly and most times every 6 months, I definitely feel like my body adapts to certain programming pretty fast so for that I am truly blessed. Thank you for all you do!
