@@robert1539 ops core came with 2 different thicknesses of padding. So I use some from the old set up and new ones to make a perfect fit. Didn't really affect it
say even highcoms lightweight helmet is almost $500 or so cheaper then ops cores lightweight helmet. Highcoms weighs 1.7 pounds and ops core is like 1.4 or 2.0 at max depending on size. Also seen so many great reviews about highcom and it seems they are almost or damn near close to being as good as ops core.
What size if your head btw? I got a large i went up a size to be safe and i heard they run kinda big.
@@escapeiv my head is 23 inches so I got the large
Looking ay highcom right now. They seem to be the only ones offering rifle rated helmets in full cut.
Ops core has a rifle rated, but it's $2,000 or more. I can't justify that cost at the moment
They are all freaking heavy though…
Good vid.. thanks for the info..❤
Is that the ranger green or foliage green color?
Foliage green
@@warpigprepper7202 another question, how did adding the ops core padding effect the sizing?

Not long. Few weeks maybe. But that was over a year ago, so idk now
