Own a Sole F80. Older unit as I've had it for a few years now. Solid piece of fitness equipment. As a Clydesdale it has supported my heavy weight (300+ lbs at times) without stress or malfunction.
So cushioned treadmills help prevent knee injuries?😮 sorry, i am new to this concept! And can i add a mat or a pad underneath a normal treadmill? Will it help?
@@garagegymreviewseverything thank you so much for your response Over the last 3 years My wife has had two knee surgeries followed by giving birth to our 2 daughters 15 months apart and is looking to get back into running. We are torn between horizon 7.0 or 7.4 and Pro firm 9000. in your experience, which would be better on her knee and how do I purchase so you get credit?

That is so cool to hear, we just got the Sole F89 in and I can't wait to try it out! - Linda

Why didn't you test and compare Freemotion? Their cushioned deck is unlike any other I've tried. I'm curious to know how they truly compare.
