YES!!! They need to add interviews. The interviews may not be the same adrenaline thrill as their normal banter but it’s what’s going to keep them in the loop in the entertainment industry.

The creators of Friends never wanted Matt. NBC brass told the producers that they had to hire him. Matt was the weakest link on the show.
I find that he’s pretty powerfull personnaly. He has an anchor that put a stability on it

Everyone has a different opinion of who the weakest link was, which as you've probably figured out, is irrelevant at this point. I think the show kind of did okay, maybe?
