    1. Prepare ingredients (50 regular dumplings, or 10 king dumplings)
    1) Dough ingredients
    ⊙ Flour: 500g
    ⊙ Boiled water: Approximately 250ml (adjustable)
    2) Dumpling filling ingredients
    ⊙ Tofu: 1 block (approximately 300g)
    ⊙ Cabbage: 4 sheets
    ⊙ Chives: 1 bunch
    ⊙ Glass noodles: 200g
    ⊙ Sukjunamul: 200g
    ⊙ Minced pork: 600g
    3) Seasoning sauce
    ⊙ Soy sauce: 3 spoons
    ⊙ Salt: 1 teaspoon
    ⊙ Sugar: 1 spoon
    ⊙ Oyster sauce: 3 spoons
    ⊙ MSG: 1 teaspoon
    ⊙ Sesame oil: 2 spoons
    40 Pork and tofu seasoning
    ⊙ Salt 1 teaspoon
    ⊙ Pepper powder: 10 tok (or appropriate amount)
    2. Recipe
    1) Prepare dumpling dough
    ⊙ Add flour to the mixing bowl.
    ⊙ Pour boiling water little by little and mix gently with a spoon.
    Do not add a lot of water at once, but add little by little and mix.
    2) Kneading
    ⊙ When the flour and water are well mixed and lumpy, start kneading with your hands.
    ⊙ Be careful not to burn yourself with boiling water, and knead well until the dough is smooth and elastic.
    3) Aging
    ⊙ Make a round dough, wrap it with plastic wrap, and let it age at room temperature for 1 hour.
    ⊙ After the aging is complete, knead the dough once more and let it age for 1 hour more.
    Repeat this process 2 times.
    4) Prepare dumpling filling
    ⊙ Wrap the tofu in a cloth and remove as much moisture as possible.
    ⊙ Wash the cabbage thoroughly and cut it into bite-size pieces.
    ⊙ Cut the chives into 1cm pieces.
    ⊙ Boil the noodles, rinse them in cold water, and then cut them into small pieces. ⊙ Wash the hosta leaves cleanly and chop them finely.
    ⊙ In a mixing bowl, add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar,
    3 tablespoons of oyster sauce, and 1 teaspoon of MSG and mix well.
    ⊙ Add the prepared noodles and vegetables to the mixing bowl with the seasoning and mix well.
    ⊙ Add the minced pork and the drained tofu to the mixing bowl,
    and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt and 10 times of pepper powder.
    ⊙ After mixing well, add to the dumpling mixture and mix.
    ⊙ Add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil to the mixed dumpling filling and mix well to complete the dumpling filling.
    5) Making dumplings
    ⊙ Roll out the aged dough into a flat, thin shape with a rolling pin.
    ⊙ Cut the dough into circles using a pot lid or a round cutter.
    The diameter of the circles should be about 12~15cm.
    6) Add dumpling filling and steam
    ⊙ Add a generous amount of dumpling filling to the center of the circular dough.
    The amount of dumpling filling should be appropriate so that the edges of the dumplings can be sealed well.
    ⊙ Fold the edges of the dumplings and seal them well.
    Press them thoroughly with your fingers so that the edges stick well.
    ⊙ Place the dumplings in a steamer and steam them on medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
    If you put a hemp cloth or something similar on the bottom of the steamer, the dumplings will not stick.
    7) Finishing
    ⊙ Place the completed king dumplings on a plate and enjoy chewy king dumplings with the whole family.
