  • Potato cheese bread is also great for breakfast if you keep it in the refrigerator and heat it in the microwave.
    1. Prepare the ingredients
    ⊙ 6 potatoes
    ⊙ 1 teaspoon salt
    ⊙ 1 tablespoon sugar
    ⊙ 300g breadcrumbs
    ⊙ 300g mozzarella cheese
    ⊙ Parsley as needed
    ⊙ Olive oil as needed
    ⊙ 1 round mold
    1) Prepare the potatoes
    ⊙ Steam the potatoes in a steamer without peeling them.
    The potatoes should be softly cooked.
    ⊙ After cooling the steamed potatoes, cut them into small pieces, put them in a mixing bowl, and
    mash them with a potato masher.
    Steaming the potatoes makes them more flavorful.
    2) Make the dough
    ⊙ Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon sugar to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
    ⊙ Add 6 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and make the first dough. Adjust the amount of breadcrumbs so that the dough is not too sticky.
    ⊙ After that, add 6 more spoons of breadcrumbs and knead the dough a second time.
    Be careful not to exceed 40% of the total potato dough.
    This will bring out the flavor of the potatoes.
    3) Making the shape
    ⊙ Lightly coat a plate with olive oil to prevent the dough from sticking.
    ⊙ Prepare a round mold and evenly spread the dough on it to shape it.
    ⊙ Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly and sprinkle parsley.
    4) Microwave cooking
    ⊙ Carefully remove the round mold and microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
    The cheese should melt well and the dough should be cooked during this process.
    5. Finishing
    ⊙ Take the potato cheese bread out of the microwave and gently transfer it to a plate.
    ⊙ The delicious potato cheese bread with stretchy cheese is now complete!
