Hey I wanted to know if you have a disk game, can you leave it in the disk drive for as long as you want so like when you turn on ur ps5 it would just be inside already and you don't have to change the game?

Is the internet speed slower for the digital?

Hello! No both consoles have the same ability in terms of handling speeds through the ethernet port. If you plan on going with the Playstation 5 Digital Edition, you may want to consider your bandwidth from your Internet Service Provider (ISP). As without a disc drive you will need to download all of your games.

Wow, you took a long time to say "one has a disc drive and one doesnt".
And by the way, the SSD drive size is irrelevant when it comes to chosing, as even disc based games have to be copied to the ssd and take the same space.

Hi Steve! Thanks for your comment and you're right even disc based games have to be copied to the SSD, but the disc needs to be in the disc drive in order to launch the game 👍😀

@@KnowMyTech PS5 games dont run from an external drive. There is an internal expansion bay for a secondary NVMe SSD though
