Yay! You uploaded! Also, I made a terrarium a Week ago, and it is Doing great! The moss I used is frog moss and the plant (I only have 1) is a fittonia, although I have 2 more fittonias in a pot in another room. This is by FAR my biggest terrarium yet, I had two micro-terrariums of about 250 ml but this one is 3l. I also have some springtails in there. Everything is going well so far!

I wonder if it would be possible to do a native outdoor terrarium with plants that follow the season cycle. Maybe with shade tolerant trees such as yew, beech, box or hornbeam.

Thank you for the video, this terrarium looks very beautiful. I would personally divide the fern in half and maybe making some sort of wall with it on the back. Also I would leave the path just open soil, I think it looked more natural, like in a jungle. I would love to make a big terrarium myself. The only problem is I have no more space on the window😢

Could u suggest some less expensive substrate mixes ? Ur mix is quite expensive. Also, are there any walk in stores that carry the assorted size acrylic discs ? (I have found that these 2 items cost more than the container itself.)

You could buy a regular jar. That’s what I’m going to be using. Just one from the kitchen section of stores in your area.
