What a terrific show, Callum. It shows that whilst all hiding at home avoiding Covid, many have put the time to good use. The only thing I was not to pleased to see was some of the track laying was a tad wobbly, but otherwise superb layouts. Thanks as always to exhibitors and show personnel and of course to you for your time and effort. Cheers, Bob
Hi Bob. Glad you enjoyed the show! Regarding the wobbly track, this was due to the heat inside the venue. The layout next to had show me his cassettes at the end of the day, and all were S shaped where they had expanded!
Glad you enjoyed it. Really is a stunning layout. The team were really having trouble with the heat in the room buckling rails and pinging joins, but they managed to keep trains moving for visitors!
Thanks Rob! Really is great to finally get back to shows after all this time. Wonder if it found a new home in the end? Certainly know what you mean there. I've only sold one two of my builds so far, but I know they've gone to good homes and still on public display too!
@@SDJR7F88 As a modeler myself I know it`s hard to let layouts and dioramas go even when built for some1 else, as like all of us we tend to put a little of ourselves into them you have a good eye for detail may it long continue.
Certain materials just don't scale down. An example is the clay wagons pulled by the class 52 at the 2:28. The sewn cloth covers just look wrong. It would have been better to have moulded plastic covers to simulate the tarpaulin covers.
Hiya Calum - Ar More More Model Railways to look at - @ 4:30 - I don't think I've seen a Loco like that b4, a bit of an odd Loco!!! Also @ 14:04 - I'm pretty much sure I've seen something much similar on your Videos b4 some where??? 🤔🚂🚂🚂
Great to see these layouts....eras long gone...nostalgic
Thanks David! Glad you enjoyed it
Quite a variety of historical modelling subjcts were tackled with quite a lot of imagination shown. Thanks for uploading.
Many thanks! Really was a good line-up. A good mix of both steam and diesel
Gr8 Filming in what sounded like a very busy exhibition. Proper Job! 👍🏻
Many thanks. Really was an excellent event
I live next to Union Pacific which is brute force railroading. British Rail is charming and your models seem magical, steam and diesel-electric. 🇬🇧🇺🇸👍
Many thanks indeed. Glad you enjoyed it

Bradford on tone. Superb track with the prototypical wriggle and dogleg, and the hydraulics look grand.
Glad you enjoyed it. Really is a stunning layout. The team were really having trouble with the heat in the room buckling rails and pinging joins, but they managed to keep trains moving for visitors!

Best talking to Bachmann about those, as they are supplied with the models
Bradford on tone is the best setup
Really is a stunning layout! Can stand by it and watch trains pass for hours
