Dear Sir ,Thanks for your video.
My Importer is from Bangladesh.
His Banker is Exim Bank of Bangladesh.
And I am from Kolkata.
But ECGC told me that this Bank is not listed. So they are unable to do service . But we need ECGC services.
And Importer can't change his Bank.
So, in this situation what can I do.
Please give me a suggestion.
When ECGC says the BANK is not valid. You need to understand that the buyer may not be right or genuine.
Let him talk and him all the points u continuously interrupting and talking in between stop this in future let the other person speak him clearly

Sir If we cover the ecgc policy with new buyer , ECGC Given approval also, as per agreed terms 30% as advance & 70% as DP, now after reach the container to buyer destination, if buyer raise issue for quality , in this case ECGC not cover quality insu, now buyer is fraud after quality is good he raising claim for quality, now what to do, in PO never mentioned for Pre inspection certificate, should we take pre inspection certificate in advance ?

Dear Irfan, In exports please cover ECGC policy. The Policy will define what you are covering in it. Second, pre-inspection agency is booked by the Buyer, so if the buyer is not genuine he will not. One needs to VERIFY buyer before agreeing the sending a shipment.

My concern is I got remittance from buyer and according our terms and conditions we supply martial to buyer, Bt buyer is refusing to accept the material, this situation what exporter has to do?
If you have received the full payment from the buyer then try to know why is he not taking the cargo.
If you have got a credit insurance cover, please write in detail to the ECGC office.

Follow up with the buyers. Keep the communication on email only. Write to the Indian Embassy in the buyer country. Hopefully your matter should be sorted

We have already answered that ECGC will help you if you have the credit Insurance from the ECGC
What about quality issues? Which mainly occurs in gulf countries. Product deliver in good condition but buyer claims QUALITY ISSUE any cover for that?
There are various credit covers, you may choose
Sir no credit insurance policy covers disputes.
If buyer is creating the dispute right before the due date, and he does not have any evidence to prove the quality of the goods were not as per the sample. insurance companies generally go against the buyer and settled the claim .
But in case buyer has informed you about the quality of the goods immediately after receiving the shipment ,and his concern was not address . Insurance company may put the claim on hold untill you resolve the issue.
In case you need more clarity pls comment.

If i receive an order to export agro products and on the basis of performa invoice i take ECGC cover and i purchase agro products from market, after that the buyer refuses to take shipment(goods are with me only in India)in such a case will ECGC help me?how ?
ECGC would also have verified the buyer. Buyer verification and his genuineness is very important. ECGC will not go ahead without verification. Also we suggest, some per cent of advance apayment must be received from the buyer.

Sir there are two risk involved in this transaction one is pre shipment and second is post shipment .
Unde pre shipment risk ,if the buyer cancel the order before BL is raised , this does not fall under Ecgc policy . Because Ecgc cover starts from BL date.
Once the Bl is raised Ecgc policy will trigger and now if the buyer cancel the order ,you need to inform Ecgc immediately so that further course of action can be suggested.
Ecgc will ask you to find out alternative buyer so that loss can be minimised. In case you can not find out alternative buyer Ecg will settle claim at 50% of the shipment value. This percentage value can be more ,if you take the matter to their H.O/ Regional office.
At branch levels this 50%.

In case where the Goods are not accepted by buyer and has to be abandoned(destroyed/Auctioned) at importers port after few days.Then will ecgc pay us for the demmurrage caused from the date the goods reached at importers port till the date it is destroyed/Auctioned?

There are clauses and riders so one must be clear about the same. This is not a life or a medical insurance. This is a credit insurance.

Sir Ecgc k premium zyda nai hota hai agar aap Usa ,uk ,germay jese desho me sell kar rehe hain DA 90 DAYS PER TO 0.51% of shipment value rehta hai for whole turnover policy.
The amount of premium is quiet reasonable to cover your risk and also it depends upon your Product, Invoice value and Country.
