"Affordability" and "Banning-Lewis Ranch" (B-L) in the same sentence? Yes, it's definitely not the most expensive community/sub-division there in Colorado Springs, but due to "current market conditions" (and mortgage interest rates) I wouldn't say it's "affordable" for most buyers, especially "first-time" buyers. But I DO hope it goes BACK to being "affordable" (within 2-3 years at most) as I like the B-L area. -- BR

We ended up on Wolf Ranch - building a new home now. Hopefully done by November.
