Thanks Joe. My son's wedding is coming up and my sister always made these, but now she is in Florida- and can't bring them. I wasn't sure how to roll, cut, and recook. The visual was great.
Glad I found you, you are simply delightful. I'm going to make these for my husbands birthday this week! Can you tell me, what is the thing you are cooking the cookies on? It doesn't sound to look like a metal tray, stone perhaps?
I know this was a while ago, but I would like to make this for Christmas. If I want to add pistachios to the mix, how much would I add along with the cranberries and white chocolate? Thanks.
Hi and thanks for replying.....think i will try using butter next time. I thought they were a little dry....thanks for the recipe.......all the extracts got soo expensive especially the almond....it still good.

At what temperature???????????
Do I have to beat by hand?
Hi Kath, I allow them to cool a bit because they can break up a bit when you cut them. I also use a serrated knife to help me.

Great recipe, but what are you cooking the biscotti on? Doesn't look like a regular sheet pan. Can I use a sheet pan with parchment paper?
