Hyperlite without extra plates is your best bet there... In my opinion.
Also you can leave a very small gap in the sides to make it more concealable if you want but that leaves you more open
What size do you recommend will fit it bro? I have the first response carrier? Do you recommend steel plates from tactical scorpion gear?

The fras panels are near impossible to install. Any advice on them? You can’t really bend them
I know your comment is a year old and you prob figured it out but for anyone who might just be putting their vest together the FRAS panels may seem impossible to install until you realize the front and back panel are diff sizes and you have to put the right one on the right side then they slip right in!
