@@NayokeHenji I'm a tall person. I'm 6'7" so I got a long torso. For me the length of the vest is just a tad bit too short for my liking but damn near anything is going to be too short for me so I can't say anything negative about the vest when it's my own damn weird body that is the issue. Girth wize I feel like the vest fits fine. The side panels do have a bit of elastic at the corners to allow the vest to expand and contract just a little when needed.

Will this vest accept front and back 10X12 soft armor inserts or only full wrap panels?
The uniform style carrier does not have pockets for plates. The tactical carrier does have pockets to accept plates.
Im 6'0 and 300 lbs, its recommending a 6xl, is that right?
I'd say it depends more on if your leaner or "bigger" I'm 6'1 275 but I'm pretty lean so I only need a 2xl
The great thing about them is their fit warranty. If it doesn't fit right you can send it back within so many days.
