sorry for replying late I was a bit busy. Sorry there is no part 2, I still haven't uploaded it 🙈
You just need rent a car so you can easily drive around as public transport is not so good as UK. Look for temperatures as its gonna be hot, so keep your sunscreens. We couldn't find halal so mostly relied on vegetarian options and fish. That's why we booked air BnB so we can cook food for ourselves including breakfast.
