- Hey, Hey! My name’s Tanny, but people call me TannyRaw.
19 years ago I switched from a Standard American Diet to whole-foods plant-based. 14 years ago, I transitioned into an entirely low fat raw vegan lifestyle and I haven’t looked back since.
Changing my food to strictly whole raw healthy living greens, plant fats, and fruits healed me from a host of auto-immune diseases and chronic gut and health issues.
Within less than a year, I lost 86 pounds and could finally move without experiencing pain. My skin cleared, I gained a head full of thick curly hair, and experienced a dramatic change in my eye color! Just a handful of the benefits I’ve enjoyed from a purely raw diet.
I’m sharing everything I know about low-fat raw vegan & the “Do different. Get Different” mindset because nothing feels as good as health does and I want this for you.

Tell Chris my son had the same epiphany before he got his license. Low and behold, after he got it, he got over the cinnamon toast crunch. LOL! Rustic is the best on the porch! Only raw foodists get so excited over finding bonus sprouts...so great

Everytime I watch you, you make my day! I literally laughed out loud at the stoner comment. Especially when it was followed by "well it didn't say that but that's what I'm imagining". Lol
I just wanna say I had a 1/2lb or more of spinach with 1 banana, water, some dragon fruit and 1/2c blueberries with 2.5tbs of chia seeds and, 2inch of fresh ginger. it came out to be about 40oz of smoothie. It was so good and sweet enough to drink with all those greens. & It is getting things moving inside my digestive tract. Thank you for the info about smoothies.

Tanny, without seeing the whole plant, just the flower stalk you showed at the beginning, it looks like it could be a Yucca plant. This was another very fun episode of Princess TannyRaw. Great way to start the day! :-)

Loved this vlog! Totally agree with the bra. I went to a Don Tolman conference recently and he spoke about how bras are causing cancer as they block the natural flow of the lymphatic system. He also mentioned to sunbath topless.

You have inspired me to change my diet. Today I had blended up a few stalks of celery, some lime juice, and then added enough water to make it drinkable. It was so delicious and my kids even loved it, I added seltzer water to there's though I know it's not that healthy. I also would add ginger if I had any

Wow you're tall, 5'10! and Christopher is real tall! Does he eat vegan diet? When did he start eating plant based diet lifestyle? my husband is 6'4 he is not a vegetarian but not heavy meat eater since this year. I'm 5'1. We have an almost 3 year old daughter who eats some seafood, egg and dairy and mostly fruits. My husband insists to give those foods so she will grow taller aside from her genes, medical care and environment. I researched that the tallest people now are the Dutch in which they eat a lot of dairy. In earlier times they were shorter than most Europeans and Americans but now they are the tallest. I'm asking about Christopher because I don't have any vegetarian- vegan friends with children.
Greenie Green chris had been plant based vegan now for over a year , but even before that for years he ate no meat but i finally got him off cheese , my daughter is 18 she has been high raw vegan for years and vegetarian since she was 6

Doesn't wet chopping make it loose just as many nutrients as cooking food a little...... that seemed like a lot of nutrients that went out in the water (all that color) if you keep it what do you use it for?

Fay Crombie I have really noticed a difference if you blend the avo to long it becomes mouse like , sort of to fluffy
I have just bought those Ahh Bras (Marielle branded here in England from Amazon) and can confirm...bliss. I am...ahem...a larger breasted lady and thought they may not work, but they do and I will never wear anything else again. Love your dressings, am going to try that wet chop in my dinky little blender and see if it works. Great ideas Tanny :)

How long did it take for you to lose weight when you went raw? I recently went all raw but I'm not overweight or anything by any means. Also do you think it's good for people who have anxiety and helping them overcome it?

do you feed your dear little dogs anything special .. differently I mean because you're raw vegan (like me) .. I know dogs are carnivores, but there's Ellen's vegetarian dog food, and others .. do you have any thoughts about feeding the dogs that are different? thanks
they eat Halo brand vegan dog food and they are healthier than every and maxi is now 13 zero health problems

Anne Dorthe Kristiansen thank you , I think the Genie Bra they have them at bed and bath and walmart too now , they have a little more support and coverage like for t shirts and such , yay for a bra that lets us breath and still have support

I haven't used a bra in 6 month now, love it! And it really does lift up your breasts! After breastfeeding my breasts changed a bit and begun to hang.. training and freeboobing solved it :D
