How much time do you spend exercising at the gym?
How long is your cardio workout and how long is your weight/strength training workout?
I try to mix my cardio and strength training so about 90 minutes to 2 hrs at the gym?
Yea probably 90min to 2 hours~ usually mainly strength but on the days I feel too sore I just hop on elliptical machines~
Who do you watch on RUclips?
I watch a lot of vlogs and fitness vlogs haha!
