A colour analysis session is a once-off experience to discover your colours for life.
A palette is a collection of colours that emphasise your natural chromatic characteristics, making you look radiant and healthy. Colour analysis identifies your personal palette by examining your natural characteristics (undertone, intensity and value).
A colour analysis session will make you discover something new about yourself and give you the knowledge to shop less and better and to improve your wardrobe and style.

I enjoy your regular colour analysis videos, but I think it would be a great series to have colour-based episodes: or example, colour red - what types of red work with each season and subgroup, maybe different examples of how to wear that colour for each season. For example red for winters with examples that work, red for summers, and so on. The next episode, greens, and so on with different colours.

so cool to see the process! I thought at first that she might be cool summer or cool winter because in the first phase cool colours were so much better than the warm ones, so I felt like it might be her main characteristic, but when you compared the winter sub groups, the lighter, more intense colours really made her shine!

My husband went and had his analysis done in person by someone in our area. His analysis was not as detailed, and the result was not as defined like a sub color season.

You actually answered one of the questions I had floating around my head about the hierarchy of sister seasons! I got my analysis done with you online and got winter Deep. Some of the colors I thought worked well on me were dark but warmer, probably part of the autmn deep season. I started wondering if autumn deep would be my next best sub group or if I should stick to winter colors. Knowing it's rare to be borderline with your sister season helps make more sense of my wardrobe!

I was very happy with my online color analysis with Giulia & Alessandra! I'd thought I was a Winter but couldn't figure out which subseason was my best. When Color Me Beautiful first came out (I believe in the 80’s) I was gifted with an analysis. Back then, it was not detailed as it is now. There were several women analyzed as a group, each one taking a turn at having the drapes put on them.
At the conclusion, the analyst said I was a winter. There were no subgroups back then. When we do an online analysis, would we receive a detailed color sample card or swatches showing not only our season but fine-tuning on our subgroup? Love your videos!

She's the same as me! I'm neutral tho it's just slight and hard to detect. I'm still Bright - Deep- Cool but bc my eyes are gray I can span over a bit to grab some brights from Bright Spring. In Color Breeze I am in the Cold Clear Winter category, a special rare one, I was typed by their founder where my undertone is neutral despite no *visible* warmth . While it's not easy to spot, therefore not visible, it is there!! And draping right is how I found that out.

It would be so interesting to see you analyzed by Alessandra and Giulia, because their system works differently! There are no neutral types, either warm or cool. Exactly! A True Winter has all three characteristics-coolness, brightness, and depth-equally balanced. This sets it apart from a Winter Bright, where brightness works better than both Winter Cool and Winter Deep. On the other hand, a True Winter is balanced across all three traits: bright, deep, and cool. I have been analyzed by them as a true winter. A cool winter would be if the coolness is dominant, brightness and depth not so much.

What photos would you suggest a client submit if they don't own any white clothes? I'd love to do an in-person analysis, but I live in Canberra and I don't visit Melbourne often, so an online analysis would probably be easier, but I don't own any white clothes. I do have a photo of me in white from when I was 5, but it's a photo from when I was a flowergirl at my Aunty's wedding, and it's one of the professional photos, so I don't know if there was any editing done, so I don't know if it would be a suitable photo to use or not (also, the background is green, and I'm not sure if that would affect the analysis).

I suppose, you can take pictures without clothes higher than your chest and then cut your photos because they focus on the face and neck, and the reason to wear white is to avoid an additional colour reflection from your clothes. No clothes near the face - no reflection. I would definitely do this if I hadn't white clothes, sheets or towels.

Once again, a great analysis, and I hold to my disagreement re cool vs warm blues: cyan is a cool blue, hence it works in winter palettes. Navy is a warm blue (closer to red) eg works for winter palette best if it is soft (grayed) or deep (blacked).

True red is neutral in many colour systems. Yellow is the colour that makes a colour warmer.
Navy is mostly black added to the blue, and black is a cool colour.

That was an easy one, she screams winter by every feature. I doubt that the online analysis is enough to analyze less obvious clients whose undertones is harder to examine.

I really don't think the Autumn palette suits allesandra. Every video I see I think it brings her down and makes her look 'murky'. I think spring brings out her shine more.
Others may not agree and I know it's my personal perspective. I'm not being rude. Both of these ladies are obviously beautiful x
