Hey Mesha one thing I learned when I bought my home you will not get everything you want if there are some things you can change and it’s under budget go for it I like the townhouse have the sink taken out and buy a new toilet paint is easy and inexpensive good luck on your search

Good luck on your house hunting journey. When you find one you like..make sure to do a drive bye at different times of the day to get a feel when people are home from work in the evenings and weekend. You can always make changes to make your home into what you want especially if the price is right. I’m sold on the second brick stand alone. I see a lot of potential. You will make the best decision for the one that fits your personal style.

Hey Mesha you looked beautiful the first townhouse was nice however the master situated by the front door was a no not enough separation from the front door the second one was nice but the layout is tight
House 1 had no windows in the kitchen I found it odd nice curb appeal
House 2 looks like an elementary school from outside the room to access from outside can be rented out
The final decision is yours and go with what gives u joy

First house nice curb appeal, little quirky inside. Second house, nice inside.
Out of the two, I liked the townhouse.
I personally like the first one. There's a couple of things I'd change, small things. The second one lots of yard work to maintain, plus the rooms appeared to be a bit smaller.

Whoever put the floors in went crazy over the gray trend planks? They looked gray downstairs at the first place right? I did like the second place a bit more. That 4th bedroom is a rental unit. But the distance… I get it. The distance can be a turnoff.

Hey, I would go with a new build. It comes with a warranty (maybe 10 year). Them older homes although built with better construction comes with older issues(plumbing is a big one). Homes with big trees was a no for me (plumbing issues). If you could get an end unit new construction town home that would be nice. H O A’s was a no for me. But, I believe townhomes come with h o a’s. This will be your biggest purchase yet so choose wisely. Ask God to help guide you into your new home.

yeah the traffic can be really horrible especially in the winter, the bridge closes when it ices over.
