How I wish Mandago could have admitted that devolving health sector was the worst mistake done and that it should be riverted back to national government and an independent commission created to cater for welfare of the health care personnel.However,since he has tasted how sweet the money is, he's headed to advocating for more so that through his proxies,he can continue poking his hands into the public coffers .
I always like this guy and what he is talking about, counties are not paying there contractors.
