- I have this timber cutting guide that I’d not use and would like to re-home where it might get some good use and help someone out. If you would like it please say so in the comments. If more than one person wants it we’ll draw for it.

Milling is so satisfying. Josh you rock. !! 🦾🌙☀️🧬❤️🔥
The one I used the other day is nearly vintage. They work as intended. The older the better. Thanks for the sub.
For sure. Thanks for watching
@@LumberjackSmokestack So eucalyptus, redwood, fir....you in Calif? (Sonoma?)
@@JDanielsOffGrid California, central Sierras. About 1.5 hours east up the mountains from Visalia
@@LumberjackSmokestack Nice. I knew it didn't quite look right for Sonoma but the trees matched. My family came from Cloverdale.
@@JDanielsOffGrid gotcha
I have one and havnt even tried it yet
It does exactly what it’s claims to do. Just not as precise as a good Alaskan mill properly set up will do.
Mr. Lumberjack, I hold this little device in high regard, having cut several thousand board feet with one. Very generous of you sir....
That's a very nice thing for you to do Josh.
Figure like most things in life it’s better to be used than collect dust.
Have never used one, but I sure would give it a go
Killer offer! Have a great day.
I’ve just started looking into milling. I’m interested for sure
That’s great
@@LumberjackSmokestack hey bud, do you use a milling chain or do you typically just use your standard chain?
I have used an Alaskan mill a few times for myself. I have a big job that something like that would work on since my mill isn’t large enough.
I am interested innit as well, but please if somebody else can use it more often then let them have it!
