@Karina-qd6ri AT last DP case was Richard Ross who at 11th took Alford Plea for 2 murders 12/7/23. Alford Pleas basicly acknowledge State hs enough evidence beyond reasonable judgment doubt while still maintaining innocence taking Life sentence instead possible DP sentence.

I’m learning this our justice system as a whole. I’ve been to court 9 times in the last year, and literally nothing has been resolved with custody/child support. It’s the literal definition of insanity. “Doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result.”

She's not ready because the prosecution have held back on discovery (defense just made a 15th request) and prosecution sent over a tonne of megabytes they didn't even bother putting in any kind of order. This is a DP case. You want a 5th victim? Maybe he did this, but they better get it right

Just like Djt delaying all the time when he should have been locked up months ago.
I feel like it’s probably safer to rule in the defense’s favor in a lot of these smaller spats to give them shakier grounds for an appeal post-conviction. Judges surely feel the same. Especially when it’s a capital case of this magnitude.
Don’t get me wrong, I also want this to move along and I want to see Kohberger stand trial. But this way is safer.

The "serial killers" you are referring to were found guilty, correct? The defendant here has not been found guilty. That is a very large difference.
They were found guilty yes but they didn't sit in jail for 2 or 3 years waiting to go to court

I see your point, but I think due to defense not getting discovery evidence and getting numerous documents to review from Procecution they had to delay trial.

I think if Kohberger is going to get a fair trial moving the trial to a bigger city there are more people who have heard about this case.
A smaller town may not know the facts just rumors going around. This case is just so huge I do not believe there is a place in Idaho that hasn’t heard about this from the main stream media or social media.
The longer it takes to get the trial date and get the trial in motion the worse it will be to find a non partial jury.
These delay tactics are really hurting her client.

Due Process rights for BK was definitely NOT violated. The Defense violated the Judge's direction, and I believe she purposely did this to force change of venue. Prosecution is so correct in that the Judge can stop actions to protect the integrity of the process. I do agree that Judge John Judge needs to get tough and get this process moving faster. Defense would delay forever if they can!

I agree with the judge about the potential of injecting information via specific questions but I agree with Taylor that the venue should be changed because Latah County will be too biased. I just don't get why Judge Judge won't let that happen, venues have been changed for a lot less in way lower profile cases! It makes a lot of sense to move it to Ada county (where Boise is) tbh

What are the odds that out of 5 girls, only one had their bf over that weekend? Kind of strange that none of the others were, or that none of the girls were staying with them.

Even if the killer saw movement, wouldn't have known for sure who all was in there, or who was gone.
There were plenty of vehicles in the parking lot, and parked all around.
It's almost like someone, somewhere was a lookout.
Even a half way intelligent person should have felt that was potentially a suicide mission and thats why there is NO WAY one person did this alone, absolutly impossible ....unless they had "inside information".
