@@GreatAmericanCoastergreat America is my home park too pal, you need to stop crying and we as a community need to be content with this pretty cool addition, now our best hope for an rmc is American Eagle which I hope they tear down to build a giga
Honestly I am quite happy to have something like this coming to our home park, I look forward to riding this ride anyways and I could care less if its a b&m dive and not be ungrateful because its a b&m dive.
Tearing down Sky Trek Tower would be complex as they would have to make a pit space for the tower to fall in and that would make removing it more expensive then it needs to be. Demon I think is safe as they want to keep it for the 50th anniversary since it is a park opening attraction like Whizzer.
What rock do you live under buddy? Either youre ignorant or a great America hater because NO beginner enthusiast would say something wild like this. We're top 2/3 in the chain consistently while all other parks are shifted around. Even the top position gets switched around way more than GAM does
I share your disappointment. I think it's awesome that it crosses over the midway. I love zero G rolls, so I'm excited about that. But I don't think that Wrath has anything to add to Great America's lineup. I was really hoping we'd get a tilt coaster, then it was salt in the wound when Cedar Point announced one. Wrath is not going to be more exciting than Valravn, and that's only a 5-hour drive away. That's part of my issue. I 1,000% agree about X-Flight. They aren't just tight, they continue to get TIGHTER as the ride goes on. As a female with a disproportionately large chest (like my doctors have recommended reduction surgery), I literally cannot breathe on X-Flight, and I believe it is seriously dangerous for similarly proportioned people. I refuse to ever ride it again because I would feel as if I was suffocating, and then my vision would go black by the time I got off of the ride. I genuinely think it has the potential to kill me if I were to get stuck on it, and I do not have this problem on Gatekeeper, Banshee or Valravn. Those restraints NEED to be updated. They are a safety issue, and no one can convince me otherwise. It is absolutely negligent that Great America keeps operating a ride with outdated restraints that can harm women. Women are people too, and we need to be able to BREATHE on a rollercoaster. I will absolutely cry if they have the same god-awful anaconda restraints on Wrath, because it will be another coaster that I will not be able to ride at my home park. I 100% disagree about the RMC raptor. The raptor was designed for low capacity parks. I do not think that Magic Mountain should have gotten one either. It's the perfect coaster for a smaller park like California's Great America, but at bigger parks, that line drags on forever. But did we REALLY need a 5th B&M? No.
Hot take, but this park does not need a stand out coaster. Stand out coasters are awesome don’t get me wrong, but I feel like it’s what an enthusiast wants to be a perfect coaster. Plus when it comes to height, space, cost, and location, not everything will end up being 100% perfect. This park has many great coasters and I don’t care some are short, as long as they are fun and enjoyable, it’s a win for me.😊
How SFGA can afford budget built record breaking B&M Dive Machine coaster cost $25 million between $30 million and limit zone can't tall 200 feet tall?
2026 the horrible six flags management is not the group in charge anymore of the company you know and cedar fair pushes for construction to be quick they will have it for summer atleast
That would be cool but S&S coasters that are prototypes usually don’t go that well. Not saying they are bad, just often has problems. Look at Steel Curtain.
My BIGGEST concerns were, will it be big and will it be longer than 3000 get long. It checked both boxes so I'm not too mad about it but i would also hope we get a standout coaster by our 50th with a massive budget (when they remove demon). Now for my post release critiques. WHY THE FUCK IS IT BLUE AND YELLOW. WHY NOT TRADITIONAL DEMON COLORS. Gold and red would've have been amazing for this. Why was the whole teaser campaign in a completely different colors from the ride. I hate the color scheme it just looks weird and doesn't fit the name at all. And i noticed the 3 zero g rolls and i agree it was a shameless, effortless attempt at the record and thats just boring. Spice it up a little and then being Back to back to back is just horrific. The only one that looks amazing and important is the one into the helix. I know that's gonna feel crazy. The other two look meh but the last one might give good hangtime so thats something to look forward to. Its a nice ride but this isnt the one we NEEDED and that much is clear just by looking at the skyline. It blends in very well with the other coasters in the park. Im also glad that its different from other dive coasters

Shockwave was a fun coaster when it was new, but man it did not age well due to multiple design and tech issues. Great American Scream Machine and Viper ended up fixing the problems hence why they have lasted longer.
What a contrarian.
96 degree drop, 170+ foot drop, 5 inversions. This is one of the whiniest videos I’ve ever seen. Not every coaster has to be an RMC or an Intamin.
And the fact that you wanted a single rail instead of this? 😂😂😂
yes, they have 4 b and ms but only one rmc. I'll take the rmc.
@@GreatAmericanCoasterNgl B&M is way more reliable
@@JimboC5they also have better capacity
@@Daniel_Coasters yep true that
@@GreatAmericanCoastergreat America is my home park too pal, you need to stop crying and we as a community need to be content with this pretty cool addition, now our best hope for an rmc is American Eagle which I hope they tear down to build a giga
There's a lot of issues with those raptor coaster
Honestly I am quite happy to have something like this coming to our home park, I look forward to riding this ride anyways and I could care less if its a b&m dive and not be ungrateful because its a b&m dive.
Definitely the best dive layout for sure. This addition is better than a jersey devil clone
this is hype!!
Take down the space needle ,demon Is classic and yes it will be done by 2025
Tearing down Sky Trek Tower would be complex as they would have to make a pit space for the tower to fall in and that would make removing it more expensive then it needs to be. Demon I think is safe as they want to keep it for the 50th anniversary since it is a park opening attraction like Whizzer.
I disagree. I think that a capacity monster, custom layout, and a coaster that is more than a one trick pony will do well here.
If they get rid of demon I’m done with six flags
Agreed I was hoping for a single rail coaster
I wish they would’ve put a dive coaster in Six Flags New England that would’ve completed Six Flags New England
Just drive to great adventure
Will it have a rattle?
don't jinx it
This is not a main park so this should be what to expect
What do you mean… we are known as one of the best of the “Six Flags parks”, before the merger… what is bro on about?…
What rock do you live under buddy?
Either youre ignorant or a great America hater because NO beginner enthusiast would say something wild like this.
We're top 2/3 in the chain consistently while all other parks are shifted around. Even the top position gets switched around way more than GAM does

Cant wait!
No.
It’s gonna be a good supporting coaster and will probably be 6th or the 5th best in the park
I agree with you so much. This is so why? They need a standout
Hot take, but this park does not need a stand out coaster. Stand out coasters are awesome don’t get me wrong, but I feel like it’s what an enthusiast wants to be a perfect coaster. Plus when it comes to height, space, cost, and location, not everything will end up being 100% perfect. This park has many great coasters and I don’t care some are short, as long as they are fun and enjoyable, it’s a win for me.😊
I really don’t want this ride well it’s because they have to remove the demon for it I loved that ride so much it will definitely be remembered
Demon is actually staying
Really wanted it to be an Axis…
How SFGA can afford budget built record breaking B&M Dive Machine coaster cost $25 million between $30 million and limit zone can't tall 200 feet tall?
2026 the horrible six flags management is not the group in charge anymore of the company you know and cedar fair pushes for construction to be quick they will have it for summer atleast
EXACTLY WHAT NO ONE WANTED...
Wrath of SHIKAKA 🦇
Well you can always get the Georgia surfer from Atlanta and we can switch from you
This looks like the best dive coaster to date, and I hate dives. Wtf do you mean underwhelming??
Yeah this is easiest the best dove coaster to date

Shoulda got an axis coaster…😢
That would be cool but S&S coasters that are prototypes usually don’t go that well. Not saying they are bad, just often has problems. Look at Steel Curtain.
I would have liked to see a nice big gerstlauer like Shellraiser
So much crying Jesus. It's a solild addition
did you just call a coaster with 5 loops a "one trick pony" ? Youre outta touch, most of us only gonna go on one or two dive coasters ever
What a negativity you talk…. Man this thing rocks!… its a beauty!…
At Least Their'e Getting Something. Plus The Layout Looks Quite Decent Even If Mostly Inversion Based. I Really Don't Know Why You Don't Like It ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
But It's Your Opinion And I Won't Judge 👍
Where are they putting it?
Buccaneer bay
No mid course break run
I love dive machines
I like dive machines, like not love
It could’ve been one of the boring big raptors or a decent dive coaster
Big and boring what raptors have you been riding
I'm so thankful its not an RMC raptor (not a one is above 'supporting') or worse RMC American Eagle. This is a WIN, No DC theme and that Demon (a good ride) is safe. You're just a negative nacy. Thoosies gonna thoosie and by that I mean complain it doesnt have "le rmc ejector".

They should tear down american eagle. Nobody rides that shit anymore. They can put a top thrill 2 type of coaster there
The park president said they have no plans to tear down or RMC Eagle. Plus it still has decent lines.
Dude imagine one upping tt2 and kingda ka that’d be so cool
@@tigerrocks503well the park president is fucking stupid
@@Random_EebsThat’s kind of rude, man, I actually met John Krajnak before and he is a really friendly guy. Plus he took over as park president since Hank Salami passed away in 2022, and he was the parks chief marketing officer prior.
Don’t give him crap for him for what he can say. :(
@@Random_EebsAlso late president Hank Salemi always wished for a Dive coaster as he always takes about this idea for years and he would have loved this if he was still alive today. He passed in January of 2022
Every coaster that isn’t rmc eagle will be a disappointment to me. 😅
Facts
The park has no plans to RMC Eagle from what I hear.
@@tigerrocks503 It bugs me so much that so many people want to see every single classic wooden rollercoaster RMCed. Like... stop. Let there be variety.
@@telekineticguineapig7419 I love RMC conversions, but I agree not every woodie needs them. Woodies that are painfully rough, outdated, and have bland layouts are good canitdates. American Eagle may be a bit rough in some places and may not race anymore, but it still is an enjoyable coaster for me.
@@tigerrocks503 It is insanely intense, and that honestly makes it my favorite coaster. I don't think it's that rough, honestly. I found Apocalypse at Magic Mountain (a relatively new wooden coaster) and Ghostrider at Knotts to be far rougher. I feel like most of the people who complain that Eagle is rough just haven't been on a lot of wooden coasters. Honestly, Viper is rougher than Eagle in my experience. I don't even like to go on Viper because I find it so unpleasant, and I find the layout boring, but I feel like American Eagle is better than The Beast. I don't understand all of the hate that it gets.
Tell us something we don’t know! B&m sucks!
The layout looks amazing considering it’s a dive. Second tallest ride in the park, the color scheme is excellent, no mid course break, probably the best paced b&m I’ve seen in a long time and has the best pacing for a dive; this guy is a fugggin hater. This is coming from a guy who gets genuinely disappointed everytime it’s not rmc eagle. I think you’re being a tad bit pessimistic af
I don’t know I gotta disagree on the restraints, I like the xflight restraints. Of course I have acrophobia so feeling secure in a ride makes it more comfortable for me mentally. Raging bull scared the crap outa me.
I wouldn’t mind the restraints, but I always struggle at the end of X-Flight when I try to take a breath and my chest won’t expand. Kind of a scary feeling
X flight has great seats maybe your just big
It’s cool that there getting a new rollercoaster but I jest feel like it won’t be as good as the original park I feel like it will replace some rollercoasters they jest got sky striker and I do like it,but a new rollercoaster? It jest does not really feel right, since it is gonna be close to demon I feel like demon is gonna get removed since everyone keeps saying demon might get removed.
,i really hope it stays.i honestly also feel like it will take all the parks attention and Goliath and max force won’t be as popular, same with raging bull.glad there’s a new rollercoaster but the originals will always be my favorite, plus dive coasters don’t really match great americas theme we really need another launch or wing coaster,I’m sorry wrath of rashawa but original is better
Why the Demon still survives is beyond me.
What a mediocre ride…
It’s a classic, it’s a park original like Whizzer, and it’s a good looping coaster for younger riders who want to tackle their first inversion.
