I don’t understand how you have not blown up by now. This is some awesome advice especially for me since I gained weight and looking to loose it. It definitely makes running a lot less harder when I don’t have to pull all the excess body fat with me.
As someone who works for YT and keeps trying to push the consistency over clickbait, I’m so grateful for your video. Also on a weight loss journey and I love the candour ❤
Great points! I tried being vegan for a few months and tried replacing my typical meats and dairy with fake alternatives, and it was a struggle. So I shifted and started only eating fruits, veggies, grains, in their natural form making veggie stir fry and such and it was way easier and a lot more delicious. I didn't stay vegan (because I like meat), but this approach completely changed my mindset and approach on food when going back to being a meat eater. I rarley ever eat packeged food now with the exception of frozen cauliflower rice, broccoli, or mixed veggies. And I love how I feel as a result.
Dude you & your content = super relatable! That feeling when you have a night of takeout totally not worth it! Love the content Bryan! Thanks for the tips
For beef, I’ve learned that I gotta find the label that said grass fed and finished. Some of the labels say grass fed, but are still fed garbage diets in addition to grass.
Hello Bryan! I love your content and just found your channel recently. You inspired me to change my routine in order to exercise me and eat better. I was watching some videos about my new apple watch that I bought weeks ago and your content was a nice surprise. Big fan now! I also like your way to create videos, and would be very nice to watch some video showing the creation process, how you film and edit... stuff like that. Keep going with this great work! Gretings from Brazil!
Hi Brian, always love your videos. I wanted to ask if you would give your thoughts on OMAD. I am getting into OMAD for one of the simple reasons being that it's so much easier to track and manage my intake when it's literally only once a day. I think you have mentioned occasional intermittent fasting, but no video dedicated to OMAD yet. Cheers
I'm watching this video after watching Kiana Docherty's video on "ultra processed food" and damn, is like you guys sync each other to make me want to stop on processed food. Thank you for such amazing content Bryan!
Amzing video as usual.... Does your myfitnesspal let you share daily meals for food inspiration or any advice on where to find recipes for someone that has no clue on food?
I’ve never counted calories or ate much sugar or processed foods, until recently, I started counting and found myself filling in the gaps with ice cream, chocolate, and popcorn. 🙁
I would say no because the rest periods are part of your workout. The whole goal is to read your heart rate during the DURATION of your workout, so the resting matters since you’re still burning calories
Convenience foods are hard to avoid during a bulk. I'm clean bulking with a 15lbs target. I supplement mostly whole foods with clean protein powder and lots of Greek Yogurt.
Great advice. I’m currently knocking down 3 protein bars a day. I know it’s not ideal but it’s better than 3 chocolate bars. Unfortunately my curse is I like my sweet things. I’d like to give this a try though. Thanks for the pep talk!

Awesome video dude
aye thanks a ton man!
This is a much needed video. So difficult to become obsessed with the numbers.

Wondering why you are doing egg whites instead of eggs or eggs/egg whites combination. Thanks much!
Great video Bryan! Now the real question, where did you get that hat? I’m gonna need one!

Hey Bryan quick question, when I do my Apple Watch weightlifting workout, do you pause the workout while resting between sets? Thanks.
I would say no because the rest periods are part of your workout. The whole goal is to read your heart rate during the DURATION of your workout, so the resting matters since you’re still burning calories
Great video as always! I’m curious if you follow a regular intermittent fasting program as well?
Yo, Any chance of sharing you Pico De Gallo recipe :D
Have you ever tried fasting? Not IF, but essentially extended fasts such as 36,48,72 hrs in relation to fat loss?

Great video. Honestly something I need to do as well is replace the protein bars. I eat like 2-3 a day lol. I am just so damn lazy.
Still calories in and calories out. People just need balance with it, not ignore the fact that that's the only way to lose fat
This is me 😢
the struggle is real 😅
Watching the Video eating a Protein Bar on Start. 😂 greetings from a German Fan
Time for cooking videos???
Now you are starting to sound like Thomas Delauer
Also you’re not a bomb calorimeter… and you don’t absorb calories at all.
Try Monkfruit sweetener. It is way better tasting, closest to regular sugar
talking about calories in vs. calories out, then goes on to talk about canola oil. No thanks
