Bryan I definitely needed to see this video today. Lately I been feeling down and out of it because of my weight. Been so difficult to loose this weight of mines and when I start it and don’t see results go right back to giving up. I have been following your RUclips channel now for about a year. I try to follow your guide line on your lost weight journey. I have even purchased your workout routine. Seeing the process that Eric has been through has inspired me to start my own journey. I’m very proud of him and got emotional when he started to tear up because I can relate to his struggle. It like an on going battle with myself. Before my mom passed away 7 years ago I was really into eating right and working out. When she passed I went through a downward spiral and started to eat foods that are not good for me and just went into a depression. I just didn’t care anymore about my health. Food became my comfort for my sadness. Now I suffer from high blood pressure and sleep apnea. Went from being 220lbs to 263lbs currently. For me I can workout and do tons of cardio, but with a job that I’m basically sitting all day and eating a lot of fast foods to just get me through the day. I can’t seem to get down to my weight goals. I can’t wait to see next episode of Eric fitness journey. Thank you Bryan for your production of video content that you post.

I also have a twin, he had a rough decade while I was doing Ironman and Ultra marathons… now because of work I’ve slowed down and gotten out of shape and he’s in killer shape (for ultra’s not modeling). I like how you combine weights and cardio into a whole lifestyle.. Thanks for taking us on the journey(s)
