Kutcher added that before he left, he peaked through the front window and saw what he thought was “red wine spilled on the carpet.” But the stain didn’t alarm him at the time, he said, because he assumed it was leftover from a house party Ellerin had hosted a few days prior. Could the relatives of the victim after Ashton’s girlfriend get a Lawyer to do discovery to see if there was any evidence found at her scene, that helped directly in linking/or solving the case, and if they believe it would have prevented a further victim.
