Whilst this is an abhorrent and disgusting criminal, and my heart goes out and wish for a recovery from the damages caused to the girls and also the wife, we must think about how it is that someone became so mentally twisted and insane. I very much like the punishment of many lashes, it is fair and genuine punishment, but I think, as a society we should focus on prevention instead of persecution... The family environment, school environment, work environment or friends, something went very very wrong for this man to turn out like this.
