Yep. I'm a musician (play keyboard). The biggest critics are people who think KPop has actual instruments playing the music, instead of a computer doing it. Their ears don't hear the difference. I hear it. They think genre is a well-defined set of rules - uh, no. The way I look at it, anyone who learns to play an instrument well and cherishes the sound of live playing instead of a computer doing it, is cutting edge these days.

I'm a percussionist and have been since the 10th grade in my HS BAND! I've continued playing throughout the years to keep w it. But these kids are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and sound like they're veterans! I’m 13 years old and I play bass guitar. I just started the school of rock program a year ago or so and I’ve met tons of people my age who are just like me and I love seeing that people like me really go places when they put in effort!
About the same age I started with the drums wanting so much to be in a band.. I was blessed enough to become a studio drummer and I have gotten to work with some of the top metal bands in history. I always wanted my own band and I hope these young men never give up.

About the same age I started with the drums wanting so much to be in a band.. I was blessed enough to become a studio drummer and I have gotten to work with some of the top metal bands in history. I always wanted my own band and I hope these young men never give up.
