Please don't be complacent. The UK still has awful people and awful things still happen. We currently have lost's of people coming in and nobody knows who they are. Be safe.
I think you guys should chill down too a bit. I mean your immigration authorities and government know very well who those people are who are coming. Its not like anyone packs their bags and comes to your country. That said it is my country as well, I was born there.. yet I am not a citizen. A long complicated story. But I hope you got my point. We are having people coming to our country “illegally” on dingy boats and back of lorries. Sneaking in through our borders with no passport or genuine reason for leaning their country. These people are not welcome here if they can’t go through the proper channels of the immigration process. I’m not talking about genuine asylum seekers and genuine migrants. It’s costing us £8 million pound a day to house and support these people who are sneaking into the UK

I come from Vietnam. So I think nowhere in the world is safe 100% and no bad things. Compare with the US I think the UK is safer.
